Lago Garden Apart-Suites & Spa Hotel

When you enter the hotel off the road , you enter tropical paradise ! The atmosphere and surroundings are nothing short of perfect. You are greeted at reception by friendly staff who check you in and take luggage, you are then invited to take a complimentary drink to welcome you - The hotel decor celebrates Mallorca - with heavy ornate chairs artefacts and typical tiles floors - everything is beautifully placed and creates the most welcoming atmosphere. One of the most noticeable points have to be the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff -its as if its one big family , they are always smiling , happy to help in all departments from Housekeeping , restaurant , bars gardeners and animation to name but a few . The restaurant offers an amazing choice of dishes , all freshly prepared in small quantities with a chef grilling fish , meat every night . I have to shout out to Alba and Lillia in the restaurant for looking after us - its certainly 5* service . Rooms are traditionally furnished depending on your choice of many - on return to our room it was always immaculate and smelt clean . bedding was changed 3 times in 7 days !!

staff are very friendly, food is amazing and there are a lot variety every night, rooms were clean and spacious. I play tennis and there are 4 courts available, the hotel is placed in a quiet area but the shops, bars and restaurants are just few minutes walking

Perfect holiday. The suite was comfortable and felt special. Always spotless. Plenty of space. Wine on my birthday was a lovely touch. The surrpundings are besutiful. Lovely pools. One hested, which was a surprise. Very attentive staff. Great food.

Brilliant hotel. Embracing their guests with not just comfortable luxury but also an amazing home like feeling. You never notice you’re in a big hotel. There are cute, cosy corners and beautiful spots to sit, read or have a chat anywhere inside and outside. Which also makes it very welcoming to solo travelers. Super friendly staff. Wonderful subtropical garden. Best breakfast ever. Great quiet but nevertheless quite central location. Was my second time here, looking forward to the third.

A wonderful oasis of great facilities, service and relaxation. Couldn't fault it. Spacious and intimate at the same time. Set in trees on different levels with easy access to town and beaches if required. The buffet at breakfast and dinner was also excellent. For information, the resort and hotel was almost exclusively German travellers which we found a real travel bonus even as we seemed to be the only English speakers in the town, beach and hotel; others may prefer a more cosmopolitan mixture of guests.

On all floors and placesy art is being presented. It seems a mixture of all styles and ats (pictures, sculptures). For my familiy it is top much off that stuff. It gives a museum impression. This impression is underlined by reduced lighting in the floors so overall it gives a bit a dark feeling. It does not mean that everything must disappear but being reduced and spotlights would help to give it all a lighter feeling. Overall the hotel is a very nice place to stay. Therefore it was our second stay there
