First thing you must understand that this property IS NOT located between Dipolog and Dapitan. It's in downtown Calamba, in the middle of nowhere at the highway, 1.5 hrs driving from downtown Dipolog. The location map at Trip.com is fake. The phone number is fake. It was a bitter disappointment to understand that after trying to locate it. As I arrive to Calamba the woman in charge of reception didn't know a thing about my prepaid reservation but took me into my room. Soon an old American owner came up and said he's got no idea of my reservation, and he's never heard about trip.com. I started chat with support. They couldn't contact the hotel. Meanwhile the old man managed to check emails at his phone and surprisingly found my booking confirmation via *******. The room need renovation. Bad musty smell. Linen with holes. No light in CR. No bar, no resto on the grounds, no visitors, no nothing. Just avoid this option.
