Firstly, when we arrived, our checkin was delayed by two ours and later on after two hours, we were informed that the only room available was an non ac room, whereas we paid for ac. Secondly, the hotel rooms are though spacious, but are not at all clean, the pillows were dirty and without pillow covers, and when we asked for pillow covers, we were told that the laundry has not come yet, so we will have to wait till the next day, again the bathroom was not clean, there were a lots of cockroaches in the room, the fridge was not working. And the hotel staff did not seemed to be bothered by any of our complaints. We needed a water bottle, which we'd been asking since the checkin, we did not get any, and when we called the number provided by mmt, the owner was so rude to as us to ckeckout at 11 pm in the night (we had to call the number because there was no one available at the reception and we were not provided with any other alternative number. When we hung up, the owner called us the next minute asking that check out kyu nag i kara ab tab, and when we asked for a refund, he said aap bas checkout karo. There were literally stains on the walls of the room as well.
