Not my first visit to this hotel, having stayed on many occasions in the 90’s. However a completely different experience this time. The hotel is basically set up for weddings and corporate events, rather than a holiday in the sun. There were minimal loungers and chairs around the pool and bar area, what was there, should have been replaced years ago. The hotel has beautiful gardens, and i have great memories of sitting here with family and friends. However, there are no longer any loungers and chairs in the gardens and this is the area used for events. In view of the lack of seating areas and atmosphere, we visited the beach most days. As mentioned in the other reviews, this hotel is in a great location and is steps away from the beach. Overall I was disappointed and unlikely to visit again. However I would like to mention that the staff are great and a special mention to Yash who looked after us during the very few times we were at the hotel. His superior service outshone the rest of the staff. Thank you Yash.

Very disappointed by my return. I loved Goan Heritage from the very first visit in 1989. Having been there lots of times I recommended it to family. The staff are great and rooms good but facilities around the pool consisted of four sun lounges that had seen better days and three sun umbrellas. The sun is strong around the pool so shade is important. It’s a shame because the bar is losing business because of th lack of pool side furniture. The beautiful gardens are out of bounds to the hotel guests as this is for the use of outside parties and weddings although we were allowed to cross them to get to the beach. What a shame!

The location of this hotel is really amazing it's just on the very famous Calangute beach and has direct access to the beach .the rooms are pretty descent. Buffet spread is limited. The main attraction is its location as you can just walk through the market if you want to explore streets and the access to the Calangute beach

Most horrible stay till date.My whole college reunion was spoiled by idiosyncrasies of owner.Bad food,bad staff makes it a never go place..If still someone wants to kill thr vacations plz take everything in writing.N yes don’t give advance coz after it they change colours like chameleon denying everything which they agreed upon.. ITS COMPLETELY A NEVER GO PLACE..

Worst experience till date. Arrogant, non-friendly, over charging, not sticking to promises kind of management. Take every detail in writing, don't go on words. Your party will be stopped in between and you will be served useless arguments. Never ever go to this dirty resort.

I stayed earlier in this hotel. So i booked it again. And they gave me the last corner room, when i req. To change the room they said you have booked it. We can't help u. All booking rooms are compromised rooms. So we cannot change that room

Room was dirty. Bedding was not clean. Very unpleasant smell inside the room. Tv was not working. Main complaint is about reception person he was behaving very rudely. My overall experience is very bad.

The property is overpriced for what you get. For this price you could stay at a 5 star property. Food is only average. Property requires renovation. If you shower late in the morning there is no hot water.
