This property is very old and a foul smell is spread-ed everywhere except reception. My stay at this hotel was really very much unpleasant. They have very much rules and regulations which will is showing their dominance rather than making the guest comfort. The cleanliness in room is pathetic. They cleaned the my room for days but from day one the cockroach which were died remained as it is at the time of checkout as well. I will never stay at this property. #

"lovely hotel
lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials. Hotel central, everything we needed for a short visit to golden sands

Food is not good rooms are not so hygienic the swimming pool is very dirty and small price are less with facilities are also less

I could hear rats running around in the ac duct for most of my stay. Found rat pellets in the room, after housekeeping had cleared the room.

Hotel location is in market, beach is far away for pedestrians. Amenities is not up to the mark, breakfast is very good, room service is bad, swimming pool is very small and congested, overall 2 rating, one more thing is bed which creates discomfort due to sound comes while sitting

The golden sands hotel is situated at very good location with all connectivtiy, staff is so cooperative and kind, as well as superb interior and facilities, food is delicious and pool area is clean, i would recomand this hotel to my friends and family, gold e sands hotel will only my first choice to book on my next trip to goa.
