The room was clean and comfy—aircon was cold, bed was cozy, and the bathroom had strong water pressure (big plus). Check-in was easy, staff were nice but not too formal, which I liked. Location’s super convenient—near food spots and gas stations, so you don’t feel stuck. There's a mall right across and lots of restaurant choices within the compound. Room Service wasn't too bad either. If you’re passing through or need a place to crash in Pangasinan, this one’s solid. Would stay again.

My baby enjoyed the pool so much! We’ll spent birthday celebration . Food is so so, few options only but my baby enjoyed her chocolate drink so it’s okay

Our family had an unforgettable stay at The Monarch Hotel in Calasiao, Pangasinan. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s elegant design and warm ambiance. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive to our needs.

Hotel was very nice. Right across from a huge mall. The buffet meals were great. The swimming pool and poolside bar were great. My friend and I extended our stay several times.

The hotel is well situated across from a mall, which made it convenient to get whatever we needed during our stay. The restaurant in the hotel serves up some pretty tasty food, but I was disappointed that the breakfast buffet wasn't located there. Breakfast was a buffet, but it was rather basic. The pool area is well done with a well maintained pool and deck.

Instagrammable place; nice buffet; but cleanlines of room- smudges on bathroom mirror and glass door ; yellowish toilet bowl and floor tiles of the washroom; even found a spider on floor of the room; smell of molds on the first room they have put me then transferred to the room where i found the spider- both rooms have dirty washrooms! Anyway- apart from those complimentary requests were quick and responsive!

The Monarch Hotel is a great hotel. Loved our stay and the room was very comfortable. Definitely will recommend to others and book again if I were in the area.

It was a nice hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff and delicious buffet breakfast. Near Robinsons too. Will choose this hotel again

Very nice hotel

The mall across the road is very good and convenient. Didn't spend much time in the hotel as was going out early on day tours and coming back late. Its the best hotel in this area.

This is my go to hotel in Dagupan. As always, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Buffet is still nice. A huge parking area. Robinsons mall is just 5min walk. Will definitely come back here. This is my home in Dagupan.

The hotel accommodated our request for early check in with no additional cost so we can attend the wedding on time. 

Pricey but its reciprocates the comfort that you will get. I hope that they should lower the price for the use of their pool for the visitors of their client. 1k per person is too expensive for the use of a pool. Overall very good experience.
