Villa Scorzi - Relais de Charme

We stayed in the Mela suite at Villascozi. This charming suite was situated on the top floor with a gorgeous spacious terrace and hot tub that is surrounded by the most beautiful plants and flowers and breathtaking panoramic view of the tuscan hills. The room itself is spacious and bright full of charming antiques, french doors that lead out to the terrace and plenty of storage. Perfect tranquil setting to wake up in this room and have a view of the hills from my window while drinking my italian coffee. The area of Calci is stunning and remote. We hired e bikes and travelled to Pisa which took 35mins to cycle. If you are looking for a peaceful charming place to stay I would highly recommend Villascorzi We hired ebikes from ride and smile pisa and had them delivered to the villa. We rode to pisa in 35 mins, pisa de marina in 1hr 17 the natural history museum in 6mins and the beautiful lake at ilcavo nature reserve in 30 mins for a pincnic was amazing Alpha horse riding centre is 6 mins also and well worth a visit. This property is the perfect amount of peace serenity and charm with more then enough surnounding to stop any chamce of bordem.

A beautiful 3 night stay in Calci. Villa Scorzi is a 20 minute drive from Pisa Airport, so was ideal distance to Pisa and the airport. We were able to catch a taxi by Pisa train station, after arriving in Pisa and wanting to explore before we head to the villa. The villa is very picturesque. Beautiful gardens, scenery and classic decoration. Tip: ask for a key to access Calci via the side/rear of the villa as this cuts out a ten minute walk and avoids walking on the road. Staff in general were helpful and ordered us a taxi to the airport on our departure. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool. The view was genuinely breathtaking. This appeared to be one of the cheaper suites, however in my opinion the view was unmatched (not sure all the rooms had this view). The breakfast was continental and tasty: croissants, pastries, coffee on request, juices, granola and options for ham platter, omelettes and toast at a small extra cost. The villa owners give you freedom to walk around the villa and the grounds as many of the doors remain unlocked. It is like having your own Tuscan stately home for a few days! The villa is also very clean. The bin was emptied daily and the bed was made daily. It would have been nice to have fresh towels, say every 2 days, but wasn’t a major deal. We were informed brunch was available from 12-3 pm daily - we didn’t try this but seemed like a nice option. Check in to the hotel is from 15:00. We did arrive earlier but were informed 15:00 is the earliest we could check in. However we were able to store our bags while we had a look around Calci. It is a 15 minute walk into Calci centre (note sometimes Google maps doesn’t take you the quickest route). We often went to the Coop for daily essentials. A must, is visiting Tarallucci e vino, which is a 10 minute walk from the villa. The guy here is very friendly, serving Tuscan wine for very reasonable prices. We also went for a wine tour at Fattoria San Vito, for €28 each. You got a lot for this price: 6 wines, food and a tour of the vineyard (olive trees included). Margot in Trattoria was a lovely restaurant for lunch in Calci too. All in all, a beautiful holiday. We’ll be back!

Magnifica villa la cui realizzazione è stratificata in tempi diversi, con gli interventi principali risalenti al XVII / XVII secolo. Circondata da un vasto parco curatissimo, rappresenta una magnifica oasi inaspettata in un contesto multiforme. Situata vicino a luoghi di eccezionale rilevanza artistica e paesaggistica ( La Certosa di Calci e il complesso medievale di Vicopisano ) può rappresentare la base di partenza per escursioni molto interessanti. Abbiamo soggiornato presso l' orangerie della villa, recentemente ristrutturata e ri-arredata, con assoluta soddisfazione. Siamo rimasti molto sorpresi dalla valutazione limitata a tre stelle, che non riflette assolutamente la raffinatezza, il comfort e l' eleganza degli interni.

Villa Scorzi’de çok özel bir gün için bulundum. Villanın ana kapısından girerken bile o huzur size yükleniyor. En güzel ve büyük odalarından birinde kaldım. Klasik mobilyalar, balkonda jakuzi ve şezlong bulunan, huzuru sonuna kadar hissettiğim bir konaklama oldu. Sabah kahvaltıları klasik İtalyan kahvaltısı olup, mis gibi villanın bahçesinde yetişen limonlardan yapılmış kekin tadına varmak muhteşemdi. Akşamları o huzurlu atmosfer, narin esen rüzgar, köyden gelen serinlik ve etraftan gelen o temiz havada ruhum dinlendi. Çalışanlar nazik ve seviyeli. Gece olduğunda kendi evinizdeki gibi huzurla giriş yapabilirsiniz. Eski soylu bir aileden kalan villada bir çok sanat eseri var. Kendimi bir şatodaymış gibi hissettim. Bahçesi, havuzu, sessizliği tam bir balayı ya da dingin tatil için efsane. Sadelik dolu. Odalarda minibar var, kahve, su, saç kurutma makinesi, havlu ve duş malzemeleri mevcuttu. Otopark var. Her şeyden önemlisi huzur dolu bir yer. Büyük avluları, kahvaltı salonu çok güzel dizayn edilmiş temiz bir yer. Çok teşekkürler.

Posto molto accogliente, servizio eccellente, clima caldo, leggermente ventilato, cibo di ottima qualità, personale molto gentile e disponibile, il matrimonio è andato benissimo, siamo stati molto bene, sopratutto gli sposi erano molto felici e contenti.
