Children's pool, outdoor shower, children's playground (swing). Private: garden furniture. In the house: lift. Public parking on the road. despite an ideal location, close to hikes, the town and the beach, the apartment is poorly maintained and very poorly equipped: 2 champagne flutes, a wine glass, no carafe-no cutting board, no lighter to light the hobs, a broken toaster, a leaking coffee

The apartment is on the second floor but there is a small lift. The apartment was clean and presented well but would benefit from modernisation, that said this would be reflected in the price and I feel it was good value for money. The single room is inte
