濱海小鎮的核心位置,前台服務熱情。房間設施很新,床品舒適。周圍有很多餐飲。酒店自助餐廳不錯,酒吧晚上有舞會。

Cabe recalcar que el hotel está limpio a nivel de instalaciones, pero la ropa de baño tanto como de cama, muy muy pero que de muy mala calidad, las toallas parecen trapos y las sabanas fundas de muebles.

We booked this hotel from June 16 to 21, booking a *Comfort Room with half board*, for which we paid extra. Upon arrival, we were given a *Standard Room* instead. The *initial mistake was understandable*, and the reception staff acknowledged it quickly. They offered us water while waiting and promised a resolution. Unfortunately, the *second room we were given was significantly worse* than the first: much smaller, with mold on the walls, no view (only the back of a nearby building), and a sink inside the room itself. It became clear that *this wasn’t a mistake anymore, but a lack of customer orientation* — especially since the decision came from the *manager*. All this is situation where we mentioned that my husband has suffered and medical surgery and we can not sleep with mold on the wall - is high risk The *receptionist was kind, polite, and genuinely tried to help*. She even suggested an alternative: a *Standard Room on the top floor*, which had a nice view and was actually better than the so-called Comfort Room. However, the manager showed no willingness to accommodate us fairly. We were eventually *refunded the price difference*. Overall, a disappointing experience that does not reflect the quality or professionalism expected from a hotel in this category, clear not 4 star hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel as an all-inclusive guest, and I’m genuinely shocked by the experience. First of all, the food was an absolute disaster. I was served uncooked, raw meat, which is both dangerous and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the hygiene standards were appalling. There was actual poo smeared on the bathroom wall in my room. On top of that, the eating area was swarming with ants. It’s clear this hotel does not care about basic cleanliness. The staff were incredibly rude, especially if you’re British. Spanish guests were consistently served first, and we were left waiting and treated like an afterthought. It was blatantly obvious that they didn’t care about providing equal service to all their guests. The so-called "all-inclusive" experience was a joke. Drink stations in the designated areas were rarely topped up, leaving us with no refreshments for hours at a time. The roof pool area was particularly concerning, with no lifeguard on duty all day. I was genuinely worried that something would happen because no one was there to ensure guests’ safety. It’s just a matter of time before there’s a serious accident. The rules in the hotel seemed to change on a whim. One day, we were allowed to take drinks upstairs, and the next day, it was suddenly not allowed with no explanation whatsoever. To add insult to injury, nothing was explained to us at check-in regarding the all-inclusive areas, times, or how to properly use the facilities. We had to ask for extra keys every day to use the facilities we have paid for which wasn’t explained to us at check in. To top it all off, they asked us to pay extra for a safe in our room, even though their website clearly stated it should be included. This felt like a sneaky way to squeeze more money out of guests, and it’s just another example of how poorly run this hotel is. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with this hotel. Between the hygiene issues, safety concerns, rude staff, and misleading advertising, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favour and stay far, far away!

Booked a 4 night b&b stay from 21st October 2024. After checking in, my wife, 7 year old daughter and myself went to the room which was pleasant enough, however the balcony had a close up view of the rear of an apartment building and nothing else. I asked for a room change only to be told the hotel was full and no other rooms were available. I asked about the swimming pool, only to be told it was closed, due to the time of year. There was also no entertainment on offer for the duration of our stay. We decided to eat in their restaurant for lunch on our first day. A decent buffet was available, but we were surprised to see a group, I later found out, to be migrants were also being housed at the Hotel. There was absolutely no Holiday Feel to our stay, with absolutely no music/entertainment of any sort, and whilst the weather was a pleasant 23c we couldn't use the pool. It appears quite possible the Hotel is being used to house Migrants whilst accepting holiday guests and offering the holiday guest zero in terms of facilities that most holidaymakers want. None of the information we would have liked (Needed) to know prior to booking and arriving, was made available us, either on their website or elsewhere.

Those immigrants with whom you shared the restaurant are clients of our hotel, since those rooms are being paid for like all the clients. Great hotel very clean & bright staff fantastic especially the bar staff Wendy Sergio Erik & Alba fantastic from James London thanks had great time have already booked to come back in September looking forward to it already also Calella is a lovely town with a great atmosphere and friendly locals

Just back home from Calella holiday. Stayed in hotel 5 days with full board. Good sized clean room changed and cleared every day and reasonably friendly staff but catering experience is quite mixed. Not a best choice of dishes and no any liquid for lunch and dinner trying to force you to buy from them. Once came to lunch directly from walk with bottle of water staff take it off from me and offered to buy one from them. Pool always full of kids, very noisy, and by afternoon there is muddy water as they don't bother to go toilet. Pool also opening quite late and closing far too early at 8pm. Fortunately there is 5 minutes walk to beach. In average stay was ok but I don't think this hotel will be our choice in a future.

Hotel in the middle of the tourist area and with a leisurely two minute stroll to the beach, is perfect for a first visit to Calella. The overall standard is perfectly fine and with a good buffet breakfast, it makes for an ideal place to call home for a week. The railway station is a brisk ten minute walk and whilst the area can be quite lively, the patio door onto the balcony did a good job of proving peace and quiet. All in, we had a good stay.

Buena experiencia en el hotel. Limpieza y comida buenas y el trato del personal muy agradable. Sobretodo de un camarero del buffet que se preocupaba por nuestra estancia y eso es de agradecer. Por ser de **** estrellas quizás le falta un spa más completo y un gimnasio.
