Fui para un fin de semana de descanso pero no pude descansar, dormir es imposible. Desperté con mi cuerpo lleno de hormigas pequeñas. Estaban por todos lados pero sobretodo en la cama. Intenté quitarlas y volver a dormir pero fue inútil. Volvieron cada vez.

All personal så vänliga och hjälpsamma. Det är inte ett 5-stjärnigt hotell men urvalet av mat var bra. Mycket lugn liten stad. Stranden bara 5 minuter bort, stormarknad och gamla stan 10 minuter bort. Jag gillar det allt. Bar och receptionspersonal så trevlig. Tågstation nära och billigt att gå Barcelona eller blanes.

Food was disgusting, undercooked and had clearly been sat there hours, lighting on the hallway were broken and were flashing the whole time, the bathroom light was broken and they said they would look at it and then didn't, the bathroom wasn't clean, the staff over charged our tax she charged us 17 euros and then when we left we asked for the tax back they only gave us 13 as that was what it was put down as on the paper work (I understand it isn't that much money but concidering due to the condition of the room and all the other factors we asked for some refund and that was all we could get and even then it wasn't the amount we paid. The front desk said she only charged us 13 even though she didn't). They took the room key off of us and still is making us pay the full amount even though we had to pay to go to a new hotel. We were treated horribly by all staff we met. The beds were like a plank of wwod they were that solid. the ONLY good thing was that its across the road from the beach. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE.

Worst food in the world and old filthy hotel. Location is good but the hotel room is old and needs fixing. The room was being clean but it's old and look filthy. The food was terrible. Even breakfast was tastless. Paid for all inclusive but we ate out everyday. Wouldn't go there again.

Stay away !! Worse hotel ever Awful food - we went out for food - served same every day didn’t look edible for my dogs only had toast Drinks taste like watered down Beds really uncomfortable and dirty mattresses Balcony don’t looks safe and no privacy from neibours Gangs of drunks loud, rowdy arguing banging doors swearing take over pool area Pool area tiny no room for chilling on lounger Pool looked dirty didn’t go in it Lift didn’t work , men approaching lone women Didn’t feel safe at all here what a complete waste of money and staff not bothered at all I understand budget hotels don’t mine them but this place is lowest of low needs shutting down

As long as you haven’t paid anymore than £40 per night all inclusive I’d give it a by ball. Reception ladies horrible , not helpful, rude and do t speak a lot of English and won’t try and communicate (Jorge night staff decent) Cleanliness of room ok. Cleanish towels old and a bit threadbare. Bed woeful. Like sleeping on concrete. Walls paper thin and constant revolving door of guests arriving and leaving during the night will keep even the soundest sleepers awake. Pool area dirty even though the two wee barmen try hard to clear up, the clientele have no regard for anyone and leave it a mess. Drinks usual watered down rubbish in mall inclusive, only tins of Carlsberg as beer. Barmen are very friendly and good fun. Food (I managed something at most meals , I’m not fussy) but 17 year old daughter lived on plain pasta, lettuce and tomatoes. No idea what the dishes were as not itemised and pretty bland anyway. Breakfast was ok. Yoghurt, fresh fruit some cereals and pastries. Never any butter at lunch or dinner and refused to get any so if you want butter lift it at breakfast. Location. 5 minutes walk to centre of town and 2 minutes to the beach so quite good.

The reviews really worried us (didn’t check til after we booked) but there was nothing to worry about. The rooms were clean & didn’t have carpets or curtains in like the photos showed . The staff were friendly. The only down side is you don’t get sun around the pool til after dinner due to the shadow of the hotel. There also aren’t many sun loungers. But we really enjoyed our time here, especially for the money

I chose to ignore the reviews as I've stayed in the worst rated hotels in Europe. I wish I didn't! The reviews about the hotel itself are fair and on point. There is more than one socket in the rooms, it is cleaned daily, the staff are lovely. However. The chef needs to be fired. Food was undercooked, cold, bland, in some cases inedible. Luckily for us there is some wonderful cheap restaurants out there to eat in. Don't go all inclusive as I promise you, you'll be wasting your money. I have never made a complaint to any hotel but this one....if they want to improve, the chef, who spent more time walking around the dining area than cooking, needs to either up his game or leave. He must learn to cook chips properly, crispy, not raw, he has to keep inside the kitchen to ensure food is piping hot when it is brought out. Apart from that, no issues at all. Can get noisy as previously stated by other travellers but after a great day in Barcelona we didn't care!
