The transfer by coach was 1 hour 10 mins and we were the first drop off and we arrived at 11.30 pm. The drop off isn't directly outside the hotel, it was a 7 minute walk from the main road. The streets are too narrow for a coach. The hotel isn't in the main center, its a nice hotel but its on a side road thats quite smelly. The hotel staff are glorious, so helpful. The food is nice but can be quite repetitive. The chocolate fountain was a big hit. The beds are super comfy, however the room for 5 was 3 single beds and a sofa bed which wasn't the comfiest. The rooms are super clean and very well maintained. There is a toddler playroom which is really good and a small gym with 2 soon bikes, a cross trainer, a trameadmill and a pulley machine . The hotel is noisy, doors slamming until late, the hotel could resolve this by putting slow closers on the doors but you can hear people moving chairs and tables etc from the rooms above you. The walls are paper thin and we had somebody bang on our walls the moment we got into our room telling us to be quiet. The evening food is lovely food but again can be very repetitive but there is a great selection. The pool area is small. It was very busy and cramped. Beds closest to pool are a no go as you continually get splashed by everyone jumping in. I cant imagine how chaotic it gets during peak season. The splash pool for babies and toddlers is perfect and away from the main pool. There is a jacuzzi but its not warm. You have to get to the pool by 9.00 to reserve the sunbeds as they go quickly. Its a ten minute walk into town but its quite a big town. Lits of restaurant s and bars, the beach is beautiful. The square and church area are also beautiful. We had a lovely time but as there was 5 of us it felt a little cramped at times. Would love a no smoking area too. Our 11 year old has asthma so we had to keep moving around to avoid the smoke so a smoke free area would be lovely. Especially onnthe tables right next to the restaurant.
