Hotel Ereza Mar - Adults Only

Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

The hotel is in a good location with the sea promenade accessible directly from the pool area. Plenty of sunbeds and the pool areas are nice and clean. There is a lovely chill out area on the roof too. Our room was good with a lovely sea view, large bedroom, lounge with a small kitchen area and a large bathroom. Plenty of choice at breakfast but lunch and dinner were a bit limited. The bar staff were great but the bars were very understaffed with long queues in the evening. Drinks measures were generous but only 2 drinks per person at a time and there was 3 of us in our room. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby if you’re not all inclusive. Overall a lovely relaxing few days away

Absolutely appalling experience. My daughters are on holiday there now. The room they checked in was absolutely filthy, they reported it and the cleaner was sent but even after cleaning there is still hair on the floor and in the bathroom. The room looks very tired with cracks and stains on the walls and on the floor. The staff is not helpful at all, just saying that nothing can be done because they are fully booked. Avoid or your holiday will be ruined.

All the staff are a credit to this hotel they work so hard day and night. I am a vegetarian and found something at each meal. My husband enjoys his food and had no issues. This is the first time Adult only hotel we have had to queue for a drink and you can only get two. The pool situation is a nightmare. My husband was on one side most of the week and I was on the other. Unfortunately because of the lack of umbrellas. You have to get up at stupid o’clock to get a bed. We would go again because of the lovely staff and the people we met.

Unfortunately our stay at Ereza Mar was not that of a 4 star hotel, we were so disappointed as we had heard and seen many wonderful things. The hotel and rooms its self are beautiful and so clean the cleaning staff should be proud of that. Danny the bartender was amazing and Siad for the entertainment was also fantastic. However, the food was mediocre often cold, lacked variety at breakfast there was a lack of change there was only waffles & pancakes available once a week there were no pastries or variety of yoghurts or cereal etc. The food could often be undercooked or the same as lunch and dinner the meat would just be in a different sauce so would the veggies. The beef in particular was very dry and couldn’t be chewed. It was very disappointing for the price we paid to end up having to eat out as I know many other guests did too. Even regular guests who had visited numerous times stated this was the worst it had ever been, there was no themed nights like usual. Don’t get me wrong we know everybody’s experience is different but when over 20 people have stated the same thing over the same week there is a clear issue. Nobody should have to microwave there food when spending this type of money on a holiday. The cocktail machine was horrible very sweet, the coffee machine tasted burnt. These minor changes regarding the food and drinks could make this hotel a 5 star! The bar staff were understaffed and rushed of there feet often, leading to people waiting over 30 minutes then being charged as there all inclusive had ended by this point by a couple of minutes. We understand this hotel is for adult only and to be quiet is fair but to be screamed at abruptly and aggressive from a member of staff the balcony to the entertainment area at at 11:45 for a 10 minute warning when the bar doesn’t close till 12pm was very unsettling and uncomfortable. Then for the same member of staff to come down and scream at people directly to go to bed rather than requesting in a nice mannerism was the most upsetting part of all of our stay. There is a way to speak to people and that certainly was not it. There was no music being played or drinking just generalised chatting. Especially when there was a lady below reception was kicking doors and screaming two night in a row having a domestic he didn’t even flutter an eyelid. It is so unfortunate as this hotel could be amazing as the amenities and cleanliness is there. The people you meet there are lovely but these things stated have affect all of our stay which wasn’t a good start or end to our holiday.
