The accommodation needs updating and needs TLC until they get round to it. It is very clean, staff are friendly and happy to help. where we had fridge and kettle need to have double plug, they was quick and gave me a extension lead to use both together. it a shame bar inside not opened as we had windy nights and we was sat pool bar with patio heaters on which i didnt do. Lovely that in your accommodation you are told about put your towels down around the pool, that they get removed if not being used so no blocking sunbeds. could do with some paperwork for you to keep on your visit on what time you choice for meals and also what time snacks available on the all inclusive. It a lovely touch that you get a towel for you to use at the pool i not been to hotel that gives you them.. Food is good for a 3star only thing would be a problem in higher season is only 1 toaster in dining room. I full enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again.. YOU ALL SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOURSELF XX I know people have put about road outside but the hotel can not be held responsible for this as it down to council..

Booked a very last minute holiday then saw the reviews and started to panic!! However had a very pleasant stay. Basic rooms that could be doing with being updated. Staff were very friendly and helpful always chatted. Meals we didn’t have an issue with the food and always found something to eat. Dining area was clean and staff worked to clear away plates/tables etc. pool area was very clean and no hogging of beds etc although could imagine in the height of season it could become crowded. All in all a very pleasant stay!!

Wow, can't actually believe the bad reviews, currently sitting on the balcony, thinking what a beautiful place this is, the wireless charging port and USB sockets in the bedroom make it alot easier to charge multiple devices making family charging so much easier Lol , the staff are absolute gems, the shower is super powerful and the food is good ,, we found something we allliked every night, pizza is delicious, no problems catching a sunbed by the pool at any time of day , and there is also a roof terrace ,, pool is cold but they always are,, kids as usual don't mind and thoroughly enjoy it , 8 year old loves the afternoon kids club leaves the 14 year old to chill for a while ,, I wasn't worried about the negative feedback, cause as usual you will find the nit pickers, not enough English channels, (who comes on holiday to watch TV? ‍♀️), pool was cold etc.. I would say to anyone who has booked to come here ,don't worry be happy !.. we did have a very strange noise coming from the wardrobe,but after annoying thr lovely maintenance man having him round for the noise to stop ,, we then recorded it , he listened , just the water pipes, we did laugh alot about this , and it's a memory we will always look back and laugh at , enjoy amigos

Visited here as a last minute booking with my partner and two children aged 7 and 18 months. Children - it is not a child oriented hotel. The daily mini club consists of tables and chairs, colouring ( although the pencils were mostly blunt & felt tips dried out) and a few basic games that are left outside each day. To keep kids entertained you are reliant on swimming. There is a fresh water pool which at this time of year is very cold. The pool is separated in 3 sections each with different depths - positively the child pool is a great depth for young children, my 18 month old could easily walk around in it. Food- we were all inclusive. The selection of food is small compared to any other all inclusive hotel I have stayed at. I dont necessarily mind this, but there were a few occasions on which I struggled to find anything tasty. Very heavy on pork offerings - pork cooked in various ways was on the menu daily. Rooms/grounds- rooms are spacious but very basic. Limited storage, only a small wardrobe with some shelving and no drawers at all. This is possibly ok if there are two of you in a room, but nowhere near enough for a family. The rooms are in desperate need of upgrading. Pillows flimsy. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided (including beach towels). Staff - very friendly and helpful. Good with the children. Location. - approx 10 minutes walk to the beach and closer to shops and restaurants.

A very good smaller hotel.very clean and friendly staff.apartment very big .only let down was the wifi so the TV would freeze at times and didnt work around the pool area.food was excellent a big choice. We were half board and never went hungry.reception were brill full of information and maps and booking taxis.2min walk to bars and resturants and the promenade. Lots of bars with football and live music .very busy Indian resturant and the end of the street .only thing that spoilt our holiday was the smoking around the pool bar ignorant people just plonking down and sparking up with no thought for anybody else the hotel could do with a smoking area also the rooms were non smoking and reception and the resturant. Hotel set in a clean area there's a woman's hairdresser 2mins along the road and a mens 5 mins the oppisite way .take a light coat or a cardigan it's nippy at night once the sun goes down .thank you all staff 10/10
