The studio is large and services are great. Front desk is supported and gotta give it another stay.

Absolutely Obsessed with my stay at The Residence Inn by Marriott downtown / Beltline. I got such a great deal booking on trips I booked for 5 days and got a great discount. The rooms are huge and have everything you need and OH MY GOD the buffet breakfast 😍 I would stay here again just to have the breakfast it’s amazing and SO much variety of food healthy and a bit naughty and free coffees ect aswell - and the best part is it’s included for free in your stay. TAKE MY MONEY. The gym is great too perfect amount of equipment, well lit and a nice view, plus filtered water. Guest laundry is easy to use, they sell laundry powder at reception and it’s $2 a load. Reception are friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is in a great central location. I actually stayed here alone and felt very safe and welcomed. Super happy with my stay here I couldn’t recommend it enough!

New hotel with good breakfast. Hardware is good. Noise from the train is quite loud. The housekeeping is available on every second day. There’s short of staff, we need to call twice and went to the lobby to remind them for that house keeping

Modern well designed hotel in downtown Calgary. Included breakfast was excellent with good variety though hot food items were not hot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy access to public transit and underground parking is secure and convenient.

Facilities are good. I love the lobby design with fireplace.

Good hotel

Show that you care! The hotel is new, beautiful and well located. The breakfast room is impressive with its size, tall ceilings, views and terrace. The breakfast itself is great with its variety, including waffles and a delicious South Asian(?) vegetable stew each day. The suites are large and well equipped, and the bed comfortable. Now if only the staff could treat customers a bit better. We paid $30 for underground parking, which was important to us because we got an upgraded rental car and were liable for it. On the second day, the garage was completely full, with more cars entering the garage - thanks to a broken capacity indicator that permanently shows 208 spaces. Staff basically blamed it on the fact that the garage is a private facility unrelated to the hotel. They sent us to two nearby surface lots. One was only available till 8:00 at a cost of $22.52. The second one was a dirt field. 1. I don’t care whose lot it is. You sold me access to it at an extortionate price and did not mention any other options, implicitly endorsing it. 2. Don’t sell more spaces than you have, especially at that price. 3. Know and explain options. Don’t direct your customers to a lot that only sells space till 8:00 for over 3 times the price as the next lot. You are wasting my time. Then at 4:00 am, we were woken up by a loud motor noise coming from the fridge. We had to move it and unplug it (it’s a full size fridge, not a hotel fridge). The clerk’s reaction? “Sorry about that, I’ll tell maintenance.” We had one night parking taken off the bill. No consideration for the hassle both from the parking and the fridge. You can do better. Better policies, better communication and a bit more generosity. Overall, not a good experience.

Over the top beautiful rooms. lots to do locally during your stay.

衛生差了點，房間的lotion，裏面只有一半，明顯是之前客人用過的，打掃人員沒注意吧。 廚房很讚很齊全。 早餐很豐富

住了很多次了，很喜歡聖誕期間市中心的氛圍感，窗外可以看到城市夜景日出日落，很喜歡。 早餐也不錯，房間內帶有小廚房，十分方便。

這間酒店位置好，泊車方便，但泊車費略貴，員工友善，早餐buffet 一般，房間好大，乾淨清潔，每天可以安排簡單執房

公寓式酒店，房間比卡城其他酒店要大一些，環境很好，地點也很好
