Humedad en habitación y olor .instalaciones viejas y no bien mantenidas. Baño anticuado, decoración anticuada, insonorización deficiente. Me recordó más a los moteles baratos que a las cadenas de hoteles de marca. gestión ineficiente. buen restaurante pero eso es todo Nunca volveré, ofertas mucho mejores en otros lugares.

Decent rooms, great staff, clean facility , good restaurants. Overall a very good value for money in cali. Centrally located and easy access to good places to eat and party. Like the vibe of the staff, I would recommend this to anyone visiting cali for a short trip

Tired and outdated hotel. Shower curtains and cheap laminate flooring. Banged up and dirty furniture. Overpriced for the local economy. Nice pool and good restaurants. Great service staff. Needs to be completely renovated. Will not be returning.

My stay at the intercontinental was good, but the concierge staff ANDRES MOLINA was absolutely incredible!!! If you want your stay to be superb please be sure to contact him as soon as you arrive. Even though it´s an old hotel, it is well kept, clean, roomy. My husband is a frequent guest, so we got an upgrade to a suite. On the 8th floor, for Club members, our suite had 2 rooms, a large desk, 2 comfortable chairs, coffee tables, 2 closets, mini bar, ironing board, large tub, separated shower, large towels and everythin you expect in an InterConti. The only thing we disliked was the amount of events during our stay. One day it was the registration point for a Marathon. The next day, a dentist convention filled the lobby and a women´s entrepreneur convention on the 9th floor filled the elevators. There were 3 elevators, but one of them constantly went from working to out of order. They also had a small market on the drop off that formed long lines. The restaurants had good food but were short of staff (we tried all of them) and drinks and food took very long.

The staff especially Astrid, a reception trainee, cleaning lady and others were all extremely nice, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the location, in-room espresso, and pool side dining. The neighborhood has many restaurants and was good for outdoor exercise.

The pool is very large and beautiful, very upscale and luxurious. There are many restaurants inside the hotel but our personal favorite is the pizzeria, the quality of the food and drinks are always top notch and leaves us wanting more. The portions are fair for the price and very tasty. In summer, the hotel hosts a daytime summer camp where the kids can play and do activities and on some days go to the pool. Lunch is included, made by the chef, and that food is also very delicious and you can tell it is made with care and dedication. The rooms are clean and good quality for the price. The staff is very kind and helpful to any accommodations that you might need, they are very understanding and willing to serve.

Great service and a wonderful stay at the Inter Cali. We live in Atlanta but have been coming to the Inter since 1990’s. The staff always friendly and hospitable. For us is like coming to our home in cali. Every year we see the friendly faces from front desk to restaurant staff. Highly recommend IHG Cali.

Stayed at the Intercontinental from 2/22 thru 2/27. Our first time staying at this hotel and we LOVED IT! Great service, super friendly and attentive staff. We had the breakfast included and loved the variety of the food and variety of tropical fruit. Those little pandebonos and almojábanas were to die for! Camilo (waiter) was excellent and very attentive. We got a room with a balcony and it was very comfortable. We took a taxi tour from the hotel, which was super safe and affordable. My only recommendation for the hotel is to have more waiters in the pool area. I definitely recommend this hotel and my husband and I can’t wait to go back!

The service here is exemplary!!! From check in to concierge to room service and lobby attendants— during our one week stay we felt like family. Super warm and friendly. And the facilities are top notch— awesome room, great breakfast, etc. A really awesome stay— recommend without reservation.
