Great service. The manager at the restaurant is a gem. Friendly , informative, hilarious and on top, a great chef including his other staff !!! Went above and beyond ! It’s a must if you are in St Vincent. As this was a one night transit , I regret not staying longer just for this staff and atmosphere !

Worst service ever. 30 min to take my food order and 1 hour to make a pcs of steak. I do not recommend people to try it. Service dropped tremendously as this is my third stay at the hotel and not definitly not my first exprience with them. Not the best place to dine

We booked more than 6 months in advance through *******. On arrival we were told there was building work taking place. We were not advised of this in advance by either the hotel or *******. Our room (which the hotel advised had been ‘upgraded’) was directly next to the building site where rooms were being demolished. We had no hot water on our first night so had to take cold showers after a day of travelling. There was no one on site to assist. Room was generally very tired, especially the bathroom. Restaurant food was good, particularly the breakfast and staff friendly. Overall we were really disappointed not to be informed in advance of building work. The hotel did offer to move us to an alternative room but this had already been prepared for another guest as the hotel was full and we didn’t feel this was fair. We moved after our first night.

Very comfortable accommodations. The restaurant staff were top notch and the food was delicious. The Onyx Spa is a must. Great service and affordable prices. I loved that it was right on the water with beautiful vies.

We visited Paradise a few times during our stay on the beautiful island of StVincent. Such a lovely spot to watch the sunset with a cocktail (or 2) or go to the fabulous evening bbq with live music. with friendly and accommodating staff the food was delicious and such a lovely atmosphere. I hope we can visit again soon.

This is my third time staying, and it is getting better each time! The personnel is very friendly, rooms are impeccable, and the restaurant is amazing, including for someone as picky as I am. You are right on the beach and sunsets are fabulous! The best for me, and it now feels like a second home!

Wow wow and wow!!! Thank you Paradise Beach Hotel!!! Way to make a bad situation good again. I recently travelled with my elderly father from St Vincent to Toronto. Our flight was canceled last minute leaving us and a whole pile of other passengers in an airport with no Air condition. We soon we’re transported to the Paradise Beach Hotel. They immediately had my father and I in a room within 5-10 minutes of our arrival. The accommodations were very comfortable and the staff was professional, courteous and the hospitality was at an all time high in my opinion. After an awful start to our day, it was amazing how they just turned everything around. And the food!!!! From the dinner to the Breakfast everything hit home perfectly. This is the spot to be.

We ate a the hotel restaurant and it was a desaster ! Service too long ! Terrible manager ! The team was on nerves ! We waited for an hour and a half for correct food. The youngest waitress was trying to do her best ! One of my friend got a cold meal ! And wr are French nobody wanted to explain us the problem!! Our driver was waiting for us. The bartender was so rude with his colleague who was helping. R. U. N.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel has very easy access to both pool and beach. The restaurant is ok, both for breakfast and dinner. The pool seemed dirty and was not cleaned regularly. In the bathroom, warm water was at times not available. The co-location with Fantasea tours is great and we had a fantastic day visiting several of the Grenadine islands with one of their boats.
