This is a giant never again for me. Even if the property isnt “my vibe” - a decent staff is still required. aside from literally one employee, the rest of the staff I encountered was terrible at troubleshooting, generally uninterested in being helpful, extremely unaccommodating, and lacked basic care and understanding of service. I have several specific examples of this, which I’m hoping to share with management if they ever call me back. Here are a few, but I’m leaving out my largest issue: 1) My request for a mini fridge were ignored even though I asked two weeks prior to our arrival 2) they did not have, nor could you purchase some basic human needs and were told to go to go to the dollar store (um no, YOU dont have the products… YOU go to the dollar store ***) 3) unwilling to get my pregnant friend ice 4) served cold food 5) I was at a wedding and they sliced up 2 steaks for a table of 10 - we had to ask for more like we were Oliver Twist. 6) Brunch was understaffed and food wasnt good - it took nearly an hour to get 4 orders of eggs. 7) Not a salt shaker to be found. 8)they ran out of butter the final day. 9) the brunch the final day was buffet style and im not kidding, the scrambled eggs were hard (huh lol) and grey. yes, GREY. while, the property is nice, it is very hilly. So my advice to anyone is to make sure that you are OK with lots of hills and uneven terrain. Definitely make sure you ask questions about where your room is in relation to hills and accessibility options. It’s pretty… But what is happening here lol.
