Le séjour a été totalement agréable du début jusqu’à la fin. Le personnel entier s’est montré aimable, serviable, agréable avec nous, nous avions l’impression d’être unique chaque jour. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est super, la chambre super grande et super belle. Le petit-déjeuner ainsi que le dîner sont super bon.

I would firstly like to thank the hotel manager Mr Rajen Chellappen. He makes sure your stay runs smoothly & really cares about his residents. If there a problem he sorts it out. He’s always popping up to check on his residents & staff throughout the day., My husband & I stayed there for 2weeks for our 25th wedding anniversary. The whole team made sure our dinner on the beach went without a hitch. The food, lighting, & flowers were beautiful. SWATAM the bar manager is the person who makes everything run like clockwork when he’s at the bar & in the restaurant area.,he makes the best cocktails & when he’s around, there’s always a big smile that greets you & lights up the room. Also Fabrice , his laugh & humour was great. He was another who always went above & beyond to make our already perfect day even greater.,We would also like to thank Olanike, Ramma, Lanedo Ishika, Manav, Ryan, Joseph , Ragini & Adarsh . I’m sorry if I have missed anyone out. But you are all great. Ok now the other points… The suites are a big space. Lovely lounge area, huge egg shaped baths & big walk in showers. Four poster beds.,Generally the cleaning could be better but after mentioning it, it got better. The food & presentation is excellent. I had some of the best curries I’ve ever had here. The deserts are dreamy if you have a sweet tooth. The pool & beach area are so picturesque. Just like a postcard. Kayaks and other beach activities are free. The reception staff always on hand to help, there’s parking on site. We will see you in April next year.

I am completely impressed and highly recommend the Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel to anyone planning to travel for business or pleasure. Their Customer Service is consistently outstanding. A special thanks to Manav and his Team for always going the extra mile 24/7. Manav takes extra care and time to ensure all guests are comfortable and satisfied. The luxury rooms and iconic views exceeded all my expectations. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable - absolutely the best in Mauritius. The staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Efficiency and professionalism are hallmarks of their service.

Our visit to the Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel was an absolutely amazing experience. The Hotel is brand new, the rooms spacious and well-maintained. We were spoilt by the Hotel Staff and their professionalism is outstanding. Special Thank you to Manav for his Leadership and service excellence at all times. The hotel's location is also a major plus with spectacular views. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Mauritius.

Very DISAPPOINTING experience for me and my family. We booked for Easter . Got confirmation for our booking and made a FULL payment for 3 rooms. When we got there, we were told that they didn’t receive any confirmation and we were asked to wait for 1 hour to get us checked in. THREE hours later we were told that we wouldn’t be accommodated and were asked to LEAVE. Without any apology. We are still awaiting for our REFUND. The hotel is definitely NOT a five star. The so called “managers” on duty were RUDE. I have to mention that I am 30 weeks pregnant and had a toddler with me. They do not know the meaning of the word hospitality. The manager on duty threatened to call the security to make us leave. I definitely do NOT recommend such a lousy place.
