Fergus Bermudas

A quick 2 night all inclusive stay. Hotel spotless. Quick and easy check in. Nice room overlooking the pool with a small balcony. We enjoyed the food which was always topped up. Drinks good too. Pool area was nice and managed to get a sunbed without the usual scrum. Staff friendly. Did not stay for the entertainment but Gabriel was very enthusiastic. We had a late evening flight home and was able to use the facilities during the day and was able to book a courtesy room to shower and change which was fantastic. The hotel had a very relaxing feel, very near the beach and resort centre. Would recommend and if we returned, we would definitely go for the pool view room too.

We had a good stay at this hotel, just a few little moans. It is one of the smaller hotels which we prefer, rather than a big massive hotel. The pool area is a bit on the small side and the sunbeds are a bit close together. There is a grassy area with sunbeds just away from the pool. It was nice a private down there. Less people. The hotel & pool are very clean. No complaints on cleanliness. I wasn't happy to find one off those open plan bathrooms with only a glass screen. The shower and toilet are around the corner from the bed but the sink /wash area is fully in the bedroom. The shower was excellent, very powerful. The room are of medium size. The hanging rails for clothes are short because of having draws underneath. No space to hang long dresses. It is a hotel of two halves really. If you get a room with a pool view it is nice and quiet on that side of the hotel but if like us you get room facing the road it is very noisy at night. There is a disco bar right opposite which is very loud and stays open until 4 am every night. I couldn't sleep for the first two nights but got used to it after that. Ear plugs would be useful. The hotel is well placed for the beach, bars & shops. The breakfast choice was good but only fancy tea bags. No English breakfast tea and the fruit juice was not fresh it was from concentrate but tasted okay. You have a coffee machine in your room. Although I have moaned quite a bit I am just trying to point out/ give info. The staff were friendly and helpful and overall we did have a good holiday.

Lads holiday After coming back from a couple of football holidays watching Ajax and Real Madrid we decided to have a chilled and relaxing holiday at the Fergus Bermudas. The location of the hotel is perfect, with many bars, restaurants, shops and beaches within a couple minutes walk. The first moment we walked in, all staff from the receptionist and entertainers to the night manager were really friendly and approachable. Big mention to the head of entertainment, Gabriel and his team for making an effort getting to know every guest in the hotel. During the day they put on lots of games and activities on for the guests which they were very professional at. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

The atmosphere at this hotel is perfect, I really don't understand why anybody has to complain about the team, without exception every member of staff were freindly, helpful and smiley. I enjoyed my stay so much as a family, I came back a week later, just me and my boy, I think that says it all. My next stay was even better, everyone recognised us, and the welcome was superb. I think the secret to this hotel is its size, it isn't a huge hotel so nothing feels rushed or crowded. The food was very good and there was always something delicious to try. A lot of the action and soul of this hotel centred around the entertainment Team, Gabriel worked really hard and he and his team kept the buzz going night and day. Whilst there was a small problem with the lift, the manager could not apologise enough and it was soon sorted, we were able to use the staff lift, I mention this because it shows great customer care and a keen willingness to get things sorted. The location is superb, you really are a stones throw away from the action and the Beach. On our later arrival there was some snacks and drinks laid out for us, our room was on the fourth floor and was well presented with complimentary water plus tea, coffee and kettle. Just a quick note you don't have to pay for the room safe and also when we requested an iron it was delivered to our room along with an ironing board and again there was no charge. The girls and gents in reception were extremely helpful and were always smiling. I wanted to name everyone but unfortunately I have lost my list, my son was very taken with Esther and Veni behind the bar was a delight. I hadn't been to this hotel for ten years and decided to give it another try going all inclusive I am so glad I did because I have thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Food is a big thing for me on holiday as I think it is very important. I can only say that I have been blown away by the quality and variety on offer. I like fish and seafood and they have had on a regular basis Roast Salmon,Sea bass ,mussels,Tuna,many different types of fried fish which were all really delicious Calamari fried baby squid The meats were Carvery Ham , beef stew melt in the mouth.Lamb stew chicken fajitas with all the trimmings Paella good Bolognese sauce chicken skewers chicken tikka spare ribs roast beef roast vegetables especially different ways of doing mushrooms my favourite. For the teens or teens at heart they always have pizzas which looked fine also hot dogs and burgers alternating daily also good quality. A fantastic salad bar with huge variety of dressings fancy balsamic dressing including a sherry variety I would say far superior to many four star I have been to. Breakfasts again everything you would want about six varieties of yoghurt even porridge which they nailed. Drinks have been great nice wine and beer and huge measures for spirits the baileys equivalent you get a massive measure I must admit dessert isn't my thing although again big variety.i did try the coffee cake which was yummy and the rice pudding was creamy. The staff are second to none very quick and efficient with good attitude. Gabriel and the two girls animation team were fantastic came over to chat to everyone. Gabriel dancing to Thriller during the music quiz was hilarious that guy needs to be on the stage! I don't get the people who have been dissing this hotel particularly the food? with brief reasons I not blowing my trumpet but believe me the food is excellent. I'll probably be back soon maybe even next year. Goodbye

Great hotel, short walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. Staff were lovely, Gabriel and the entertainment staff who were very friendly and enthusiastic. Overall it was a very nice stay.
