Fergus Bermudas

The hotel was very noisy due to multiple, large same sex groups, who were clearly making full use of the all-inclusive drinks. The noise became unbearable at times whilst we were trying to sleep, with drunken guests banging on the doors in the early hours, shouting and clomping up and down the corridors. The phone in our room didn’t work when trying to report this in the middle of the night. The shower pressure and the water temperature would turn freezing cold at busy times. Ants in the room. There was no full length wardrobe space for hanging dresses etc . No coffee-making facilities in the room. Towels were put out on the sun loungers early in the morning and left unoccupied for hours On a positive note, the staff were mostly friendly, the ladies in the dining room and bar were particularly nice. Rooms were cleaned daily. The food overall was acceptable. However, I would never stay here again, mainly because of the constant noise, especially at night, from drunken guests, which made our sleep quality very poor. We had upgraded to a pool facing room, personally I do not feel it was worth it as it was still very noisy! We reported all these issues to reception at various times, who to be honest didn’t seem to care.

Food let this hotel down if my grandaughter was with us only fries she would have been eating lots of stuff covered in garlic so if your not a garlic lovef stay clear not a 4 plus star really noisy at night people coming bk at night and shouting and slamming doors be respectfully to others . Snacks limited a sandwich if you don't like the filling that's it or you can have a cake in our eyes everything recycling meal times been to better 3 star hotels staff were friendly some bar staff didn't know how to make a basic cocktail . But as for area plenty of shops restaurants.

Fantastic family holiday in a great location.Few minutes away from shops and beach.Hotel was spotless and plenty to choose from with all meals and drinks, snacks provide in-between main meals.Hotel staff were very friendly and all made our holiday enjoyable.Gabriel and Mila were amazing entertainers and are part of the kids club too they do an amazing job, including all the other staff who work at the hotel.Would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return back to Fergus Bermuda in the future.

Beautiful clean hotel Staff are so lovely and helpful Rooms were cleaned every day We did all inclusive breakfast was great lunch ok dinner hit or miss But always something to have loads of fruit and salads Going back again this year Can't wait

Second visit to fergus bermudas due yo having such a good experience in September 2023. We upgraded to all inclusive from half board which is only 20 euro. I can't recall paying 30 euro for the safe so this was a shock. They said we would get 5 euro back when we checked out, we got 3.50 euro but it was 3am and I couldn't be bothered to argue. Food was poor this time round though it wasn't great last year. Cocktails included in all inclusive are prepared and not what you would call a cocktail more juice. We paid for pool view, the room was okay, but again like previously no full length hanging space. The bathroom this time was tiny and the balcony very small. During the day the animation staff, especially the male one...sorry forgot his name, was great. We had lots of fun which was due to his personality. All staff were fantastic, can't do enough for you which is why we came back. However we won't be visiting a third time....

This hotel from the reception to the pool, bedroom, buffet room were all very clean and well maintained. The bedroom are spacious, cleaned every day . All the staff are very pleasant obliging amazing. The location is central very near to two beaches and shops restaurants.
