Onsen very good n food toon the ambience very Japanese if cannot go Japan next choice here

One of the best onsen you will ever see in Vietnam... Check in to room with a private onsen, sauna those are the best.... Foods are mostly Japanese... Sushi, sashami, noodles, and its wonderful standard... Fresh and staffs were wonderful.... Helpful in every department... Public onsen is must try.. They have variety of onsen, sauna, bath, pot bath, rock bath etc.... Its very clean, hygiene, hills scenery all around.... Must try in Vietnam.. Fall and spring season is the best to visit here

어머니모시고 다녀왔는데 시설이 너무 좋았어요. 객실내에서도 충분히 힐링 가능합니다. ~ 다음에도 이용할거에요.

服務非常的好，設施很齊全，可以一整天待在這裡，用餐建議單點的餐點可以使用Room Service非常美味，buffet的選擇比較少

Suối khoáng siêu tuyệt vời đi vào ngày thường sẽ ok hơn và đỡ đông thích lắm.

Dễ chịu yên tĩnh. Lần sau sẽ đi tiếp , là 1 nơi đáng để để nghỉ dưỡng

Frühstück war gut. Villa war auch sehr beeindruckend mit einem privaten Onsen Bereich. Die Lage ist okay, da es um der Anlage gefühlt nichts gibt. Allerdings war uns das nicht so wichtig, da wir es sowieso geplant haben, nur im Hotel zu bleiben. Der Service ist allerdings ausbaufähig. Wir haben teilweise 15 Minuten für eine Abholung zum Frühstück gewartet, da die Anlage sehr groß ist. Der öffentliche Onsen Bereich ist allerdings nicht für Kinder geeignet, was ich sehr schade finde. Das Kind war 1,37m groß und wurde nicht reingelassen da es 3cm zu klein ist. Stattdessem hätten wir zusätzlich ca. 1.500.000VND zahlen müssen, damit das Kind rein darf. Wäre das Kind 1,40m groß wäre es kostenlos reingekommen. Das finde ich sehr enttäuschend angesichts des hohen Preises für die Villa. Die Logik dahinter muss man auch nicht verstehen. Wäre der Service v.a. im öffentlichen Onsen Bereich für Hotelgäste besser, wäre es ein perfekter Aufenthalt gewesen.

稍貴，晚餐自助餐沒有想象中的好.品種不多.這個價格的房間早餐居然不是自助的.房間內的温泉水不夠熱.公共浴池關閉的比較早.平時人很好少.晚上很安靜.服務態度還行.沒什麼優點，也沒什麼缺點.

Thoải mái thư giãn. Tuy nhiên có điểm trừ là lúc check in lễ tân ko thông báo thời gian ăn sáng. Vợ chồng mình đến lúc 9h30 thì hết đồ ăn.

We book Villa in Yoko Onsen with 3 bedroom, small kitchen with dining area, small garden, small onsen inside back area of villa. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We spend good time. There is open Onsen area for all people, quite clean, staff is always ready to assist and guide. Breakfast was good with many Japanese option. It was great time with family

Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh is the first Japanese-style hot spring resort in Vietnam, came into operation in mid-2020, invested and managed by Sun Group. This resort is located right on the Ha Long - Cam Pha coastal road, in Quang Hanh ward, Cam Pha city, Quang Ninh province. About 185 km from Hanoi capital, 45 km from Van Don International Airport, 22 km from Ha Long International Passenger Port. Yoko Villa Area includes 5 types of villa: Yama Onsen (3 bedrooms, 145-150 sqm), Yama Premium (3 bedrooms, 210-270 sqm), Yama Grand Suite (4 bedrooms, 550-850 sqm), Yama Imperial (5 bedrooms, 1200 sqm) and Yama Royal (5 bedrooms, 1300 sqm). All villas have Japanese gardens, hot mineral baths, hot and cold saunas. The communal bath area (for men and women) includes 25 Onsen baths and 18 jar baths. The Private bath area (ideal for couples and families) includes 38 units. Other services include Sauna and Spa (Japanese, Thai). Yasaka Buffet Restaurant (2nd floor Public Onsen) serves 36 Japanese-style buffet dishes as well as Vietnamese and international dishes.
