Private: property 40 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: internet access, WiFi, central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 27.Mar.. Steep, narrow motor access. 30 m footpath to the house. Parking at 30 m. Grocery 1.2 km, supermarket 1.6 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 1.2 km, railway station "Viareggio" 15 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 12 km. Wir haben zwei herrliche Wochen im April 2024 in diesem besonderen Haus in der nördlichen Toskana verbracht. Es liegt neben einem kleinen Künstlerdorf, mitten in den Olivenhainen und ist sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Der Vermieter hat uns bestens betreut.
