he hotel is nice, but the attitude of the front desk staff especially the main staff member who talks to their boss is terrible. They claimed that our booking didn’t go through, even though we had confirmation. Thankfully, trip.com issued a refund and made the necessary adjustments, even though it wasn’t their fault.
The rooms were not cleaned at all. The bed was itchy, there were white stains on the pillow which clearly seemed to be ***** and it was absolutely disgusting.
The worst part was the front desk staff’s behavior. They were rude and unprofessional. One of them even shouted, “Ay appu, na-stress na ako!” Honestly, the lapses were on the hotel’s end. Trip.com tried to contact your hotel multiple times and even sent emails, but got no response.
Very disappointing. The service is extremely poor. How do you expect customers to come back if this is the kind of treatment you give?
They even prohibited guests from going out at night just to buy ice and then complained about people going out late. They never changed or washed the bedsheets. My booking clearly stated that there would be soap, toothpaste, and a toothbrush however none of which were provided.
The air conditioner was very weak, leaking inside the room, and possibly broken.
Overall, this was the worst service and experience.
