J.Patrick House & Inn was the perfect place for our getaway! Let me start by saying that I'm very picky when it comes to accommodations, this place did not disappoint. The property is well maintained and our room was so comfy. I love all how they have thought of every little detail like the common area stocked with coffee, tea, instant hot cider, instant oatmeal and microwave popcorn. An outdoor seating area perfect for an evening glass of wine (you'll have to bring your own), but there are wine glasses in the room. The rooms even have a mini fridge! You can't miss with J.Patrick House & Inn. There is no Innkeeper on site, but that's not a problem because they respond to text messages quickly and their sister property is just down the street. This is a fantastic place to stay, I will definitely stay again.

My wife and I loved it here! Such a nice room and beautiful setting. Wonderful hospitality. Great communication from the staff all the way through our stay. Will stay again for sure!!

We had the most delightful time staying in this cozy place. The rooms are beautifully designed and the breakfast was tasty. The service was great, they were very helpful with my questions and very polite. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary, and we’d never stayed at a BnB before. I was nervous to surprise her with this being our first one, but it was WONDERFUL. It was more than we expected, my wife LOVED it, and the breakfast was delicious. We would do this BnB again.

Great price for this cozy house nestled up on a quiet mountain road. We arrived on a Monday and stayed in the Belfast in the main house. What a beautiful place. The downstairs kitchen/dining area to the left is wonderful. Coffee, tea, water, snacks, fruit, oatmeal and assorted things are readily available. You can sit outside behind the building and enjoy the evening while listening to the waterfall. Or stay inside in the den, curl up on the couch or in a recliner with a book or just your thoughts, grab one of the provided throws and toss over your lap, enjoy the evening by tossing a few logs into the fireplace and relaxing to a crackling fire, or watch the television above the fire, or both! Or go to the other room and sit on the couch, enjoy the heater and a book. Relaxed now? Ready for bed? Head upstairs to your room. Enjoy absolute quiet and an amazing sleep. Extremely comfortable bed. Fantastic ambience in the room. Heater in the wall, box fan available in the closet nook where you will also find an iron and ironing board and two luggage racks. Coffee available in room with K-cups provided or bring your own. Mini fridge keeps drinks and water COLD! Don't forget to grab a cookie on the left by the main front door when you arrive!

The perfect place to stay for the Christmas Market! The rooms are well appointed and very cozy with fireplaces and canopy beds. The market is just across the street so very easy to walk to. Despite there being no on-site staff everything went very smoothly and worked perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back in a minute. Thank you J Patrick House & Inn for such a great experience.

Very pleasant accommodations, selection of hot drinks and cookies in the lobby. Small but comfortable rooms. Choice of breakfast basket in your room, or a nice buffet a block away at a sister lodge. One thing bothered me: good choice of streaming movie choices. But if you're looking for news channels, your choices are heavily skewed to Fox and similar conservative stations.

Just a short trip to Cambria with out of state relatives who'd never been to the area. Choose JPH for location and value for this trip. Would have liked to have seen a little more variety in the breakfast but they were overall very tasty. Had a wonderful time and pleasant stay.

While the rooms are beautiful, be prepared that they are very near to each other and you can hear people talking through the walls in a normal voice. Also light streams through the door frame from the hallway. Also you will never see a hotel employee. Everything is 100% text or email. Also no vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast though they did accidentally bring us a breakfast which was cold. They gave us coupons for a breakfast at the hotel that was also not great. We did love the gas fireplace which heats the room well. And a good quality bed/linens that are comfy. The room/building was very clean.
