Comfortable and clean room with everything you need. Lovely host. Continental breakfast options in the room were plentiful and welcomed! Quiet even though it is right next to the highway. This is a working farm — we enjoyed watching the alpacas munch on the grass and flowers right outside our room. This was a perfect stop for us during the road trip through the north island. About 1 hour northwest of Rotorua and under 2 hours from Auckland.

We booked a junior suite, and considering the great value, we were not expecting much….how wrong were we! The room was HUGE, and included a huge sofa / sitting area, as well as a massive bathroom, with excellent shower and vanity area. We woke up to llamas sitting on our terrace, such a treat. The BnB is surrounded by beautiful mature fruit trees. Wifi was complimentary and fast. A great stay.
