Travelodge Cambridge Swavesey

So called manager clearly didn’t want to be there, more interested in stuffing his face. No customer service skills at all, didn’t know how to speak to me like an adult! Wouldn’t change our room for one that actually had working lights. Avoid and find a better run hotel, not one by lazy and arrogant staff.

The Hotel is near M11 and very noisy at night. It was impossble to sleep with the window opened as there is no air conditioning on a very hot summer's day.

This hotel needs to be bulldozed down. The parking resembles something out of a horror movie. My first room had bugs in and the floor was not clean, surfaces broken, plugs not working, no lifts, crap room The room I changed to had the door handle break, on a pull door as soon as I closed the door. The staff were already aware of the fault but still were happy to let somebody be stay. See you in court travelodge

come here on my way to peterborough. stayed as needed an overnight stop. room has a lovely view of a beautiful field out the back, wonderful to wake up to. room clean and cosy. staff nice and friendly. and restaurant on site is nice also . thank you to the staff

Stayed here overnight while in a long trip. Hotel was nice and clean and staff were very attentive, rooms were spacious and very clean and hotel in a nice area also. No eating facilities apart from a nice diner on the same area as hotel. Staff nice stay in general was good

The bathroom had not been cleaned, with a dirty toilet and shower gel smeared bath. I found it so disgusting I didn't even have a shower in the morning and just left. (I arrived late at night so was reluctant to complain and move room then.) I told the receptionist in the morning and they apologised and said the manager would send me an e- voucher for the full cost. Nothing arrived. I complained to Travelodge customer services and received a partial refund. It's a shame, as other Travelodges I've stayed in have been great. But I've had cleaning issues here more than once.
