Nice service, decent room, a bit old but overall was nice!

Service was basic but expected of a budget hotel. Hotel was small but cosy. I liked that they had a proper desk that I could use since I am studying at Cambridge but didn’t manage to get a college room. Bed was surprisingly comfortable despite being basic. There are only 2 lifts which may be slow if there are large groups of people using it. Location is near train station so that’s a plus point.

I stayed in other Ibis hotels before, this is the first time I waited almost half an hour for the staff to activate the room card key, this was check in after midnight ... not sure if their online system is under maintenance or other reasons, three of their night staffs tried to help but not able to activate the card at the end. They use the master key card to open the room for me, but left me with no card to use if I left the room (going out for breakfast)...i ended up directly check out in the morning

Easily connected by the public transport. Convenient stores just steps from the lobby. Room facing the train station were sound proof!!

Good location, just next to rail station and coach station. Room is spacious and tidy.

A clean room in medium size with cozy bed. Sometimes a bit noisy as the hotel is tens of meters away from the train station. Hotel with its own restaurant and a sitting. Restaurants are around and a supermarket is right opposite.
