For shared use: property 10'000 m2 (fenced), large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool, indoor pool heated (22 x 65 m, depth 60 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-23:00). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: sauna, fitness room, hot tub, lift. Shop, grocery, supermarket 600 m, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, bakery 600 m, café 200 m, bicycle rental 300 m, pub garden 200 m, bus stop "Playa Cavet" 240 m. Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, surf school 500 m, sailing school 3 km, riding stable 8 km. Nearby attractions: Port Aventura 8 km, Aquopolis 9 km, Aquum Spa 9 km. God og rummelig ferielejlighed med plads til mange overnattende gæster. Lækkert med en have samt mulighed for at lave mad i et fint størrelse køkken. 3 badeværelser samt et toilet
