Buenas instalaciones,fantástica cena y desayuno (menos el café que era malo) Pedí cama doble y en ambas habitaciones nos dieron 2 individuales…. Limpieza mal,me encontré una cucaracha en la habitación y a las 10 am abrió la puerta la limpiadora dando un golpe en ambas habitaciones sin dar tiempo de avisar que estábamos dentro. This hotel deserves to be upgraded to a five star! I have never been to a hotel where the buffet food is so good. The variety is amazing and you are offered the best quality cooked menu. Apart from this the snack bars are fabulous! My daughter and I used to go have breakfast, I would generally have fruit, a yoghurt and perhaps some cheeses. Jo would have the cooked breakfast which included a variety of sausage, cooked tomato, beans, fried, scrambled or omelette for eggs. Around one we’d walk to the beach cafe which again offered a variety of well cooked foods. I loved the seasoned half chicken with some salad where as jo would have the homemade burgers and chips. One day I had salmon and an avocado salad. It was delicious. There are a few beautiful beach areas to to enjoy. They were just putting up the umbrellas when we were there so this is going to look lovely once the season opens. A variety of waterspouts available at a cost next to the beach bar. The bedrooms are spotless spacious and modern. The shower cubicles are huge and there is both a rain shower and a hand held shower. Entertainment was good, a variety of different acts. Staff were top notch we loved them all and there are countless members of staff to name ! All incredibly hard working and would bend over backwards to help you. The grounds if the hotels were breathtaking with olive trees and wisteria arches to name a few. We were out of season but I can only imagine how beautiful these would be in bloom. Pool areas again a variety with free Bali beds!! Yes free Bali beds if you wanted one and are lucky enough to get one. The indoor pool is lovely but you need to wear a swimming cap. €3 available at the reception. Great gym and also different classes eg spinning if you’re that way inclined Everything spotless and they cleverly cordon off the areas so there’s no reserving beds at 7 o clock Situated on the far end of cambrils you can take a leisurely stroll into this beautiful town. It’s about a half hour gentle walk. But not taxing and all in the flat. You can get a bus into salou if you fancy a change of scenery and the bus stop is located at the furthest end of the harbour. It’s €2.50 for a bus ride or you can buy a pass for €10.50 from the Bus Plana shop across the road from the bus stop. Added little extras are things like just tapping your room key at the dinner hall , none of this looking for your name on a register. Obviously the way try cordon off the pool do there’s no reserving beds which is my pet hate as it leads to annoyance! Ok there are one or two things that could be better. Firstly there should be welcome trays of drinks on arrival. When you’ve been travelling you are usually so thirsty and thus would add to your welcome. Secondly saddly the shower, shampoo dispenser in the bathroom hardly allow you to get any product out. They would be much better with the upside down squeeze out bottles or addressing the ones they have as they were a waste of time. Thir

My holiday has been amazing and the room and pools and staff are amazing all of them but two bartenders were so kind Alex and Javier were the kindest both amazing. when we went ( October 8 2024) it was way too busy not their fault 5 stars amazing yay

Good points - pools good for the kids, good choice of food and the a la carte was lovely. We were all inclusive but in a villa being a family of 6. Villa was not in the complex and therefore did not feel like we got as much out of the all inclusive - we had to buy drinks for the room etc as it wasn’t easy to just nip down with the children. We should have had daily housekeeping but we didn’t have this unless we asked each day. So first day, no housekeeping. Second day we asked for housekeeping once we realised no one had been but then it was too late. Third day, we asked for housekeeping and they came. Then day 4 they didn’t come again. Day 5 we had to make a point of asking for housekeeping to come each day. Air con was very poor in the villa too so we were constantly boiling! Overall ok but I don’t think we’ll be back.

Stayed at this resort for ten days, on the first day our room was not suitable,as my wife has mobility issues,and the room was a long walk and she could not manage.so we went to our Jet2 rep. Sergio,who explained to reception that my wife could not manage to walk 2 to 3 times per day to the other side of the resort,so they found a room just across from reception(cost an extra £500.00 but was worth it) we had a great 10 days as the hotel resort was great,nice food,plenty of swimming pools,a spa with gym,sauna,steam room and indoor swimming pool. We were all inclusive plus,when we asked what the plus got us they said we could have speciality dining in the gallery restaurant,we went middle of the week,to be honest it was really disappointing,the food was terrible,we hardly ate anything,was glad to get back to normal restaurant next day. The various bars were great with alex the waiter at the main bar who was very friendly and always treated us with a welcome and smile. Night time entertainment seemed to be good but we were early bedders so can't comment. We would highly recommend this resort and we will be back soon.

We had a suit in block 2 floor 2 overlooking carpark which wasn't ideal but as we didn't spend much time in the room we didn't really mind , the room was quite big , very clean , huge bed which was quite hard , dressing gowns / slippers , beach towels , kettle , fridge , apparently a mini bar ( which consisted of 2 small bottles of water ) .... Lovely big balcony with 4 chairs and the smallest table ever ( a couple of sunbeds would have been a good idea ) Nice big shower ... The dining area was always a bit manic but never had a problem finding a table, loads of food choices , just a shame food was never hot . We spent most days over at the splash park which included snack bar , indoor pool and gym , if you took the shortest route it means crossing the dry river which isn't ideal , but the other option is round the road . We used the indoor pool daily, everything in there including Steam room , sauna, spa , cold bucket so a lovely welcome treat , you DO need to wear a swim hat but you can buy that in the entrance for 3 euros.. Evening entertainment every night, which consists of 2 tribute bands , jugglers , magicians , Disney show ...( the young magician was fantastic ) There isn't anything outside the complex apart from a very small supermarket, but you can get to the bigger shops by taking a nice long walk along the beach and harbour. All in all, it is not a bad little hotel even though it is spread over quite a bit of ground , no problem with cleanliness, Staff were pleasent enough, We WILL at some point return as the whole experience from the flight , transfer, hotel with all the amenities and glorious weather made it a lovely relaxing holiday .
