Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Campalto 5 km from the centre of San Vincenzo, 5 km from the centre of Venturina, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: park 6'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (150 m2, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Apr. - 25.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, paddling pool, slide, hot tub, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, patio, arbour, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. All in all, the Villa dela Stelle is a fantastic place to spend a quiet holiday. The holiday home is surrounded by olive groves, very quiet and in a beautiful landscape. The beautiful and very well-kept garden with a large pool invites you to linger. The

Area and pool very nice. Houses not suitable for the elderly (stairs very steep) and more museum than practical. Everything seems overloaded. Kitchen spacious but untidy and impractical. Bathrooms very cramped and abysmal dark. WiFi unreliable and slow an

Wir, eine drei Generationen Familie (6 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder 10 + 12 Jahre) und Hund, verbrachten Anfang bis Mitte Oktober wunderbare, erholsame Ferien. Der Park, der riesige äusserst saubere Pool, die historischen sanft renovierten Gebäude mit stilv

In der wunderbaren, sehr gepflegten Garten und Poollandschaft einige Tage geniessen. Das Anwesen ist gelegen in riesigen Olivenhainen, das Meer am Horizont zwinkert dem Schauenden zu, so phantastisch war es.
