Beds were comfortable, breakfast not too different every day but it was good. Good food places nearby, drugstores and amenities in general. Easy transportation and shopping mall close. Front desk people were helpful even though I was not fluent in Portuguese

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and tried hard to understand my English. There are two problems that I found, no USB ports in the room, and no shampoo in the bathroom. The breakfast was good, although the eggs and sausage were always the same.Otherwise all was well.

A very pleasant stay at the hotel Matiz Barao Geraldo. The hotel and its facilities are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful! The location is close to a few nice restaurants and bars, and there is no traffic noise during the night, meaning a sound night's sleep was had every night.

It does have a nice hotel lobby and the staff were helpful... But there are some rooms for improvement. The rooms are spacious but lacking some basic amenities that we should expect from a 3* hotel. For example, coffee and tea facilities and a glass for brushing teeth. The fridge was also very noisy when it's on. I had to unplug it for sleep. The breakfast costs 30 Reais extra, not much for a buffet breakfast but the quality wasn't great. If the cafes were open outside the hotel, maybe they are better options. The chairs in breakfast bar also need some cleaning, lots of marks from spillage. I guess one problem could be that the hotel seems to have many kids (at the night of my stay anyway). Luckily, they didn't cause me much problem.

Matiz Barao Geraldo Hotel is a friendly, well-situated hotel within Barao Geraldo. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean. Breakfast is good. The one weakness is that the safes do not seem to work or work well.

Very Good Price, very clean rooms with A/C, the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was great, and well made. Close to many conveniences, gas, food, beer. Felt very safe the entire time. For any American visitors, I would recommend.

O serviço está de acordo com o divulgado e é uma excelente opção de hospedagem para quem realiza uma estadia de trabalho em Campinas em local afastado do centro da cidade. A ressalva que eu faria é específica e refere-se a problemas com a leitura do cartão magnético para abertura do quarto. Uma maior atenção deveria ser dada à manutenção dessas fechaduras.

Estrutura dos quartos e hotel muito boas! Custo benefício excelente! Recomendo ! Atendimento muito cordial e educado, café da manhã muito saboroso e bem elaborado. Nossa hospedagem acabou sendo definida de última hora por problemas alheios mas valeu muito a pena!

Gostei muito, só não avaliei como excelente por conta das toalhas que aparentavam já terem sido usadas, manchadas e sem cheiro de lavadas, mas o principal foi a internet, precisava trabalhar e simplesmente não funciona! Nota dez para os funcionários!
