WORSE HOTEL I'VE EVEN BEEN IN MY LIFE. DONT BOOK!!!!!!!!
When I checked in, I saw a cockroach inside the cabinet but I cleaned that myself as I thought it's wasn't a big deal at first. I tried to sleep at 11 but till 4 o'clock I didn't have a chance to sleep as the location is facing to a big street which you will hear every car passing by. You think that seems the end? No. At about 4:15, there's a random alarm beeping for over 15 minutes and I went down to the counter and realized there's no staff. An hour later, there's another alarm beeping again for over 20 minutes this time. I spent over 3 hours talking with trip.com staff but no one can solve the issue. I booked this hotel for 3 night but I left the next day I checked in as I know I can't stay any longer. I then email and request for a refund as I'm not staying on the second and third day due to the bad experience. I took 3 videos with proof showing alarm beeping, the noisy sound surrounding my room due to car passing by but the hotel rejected my request. Even trip.com staff know it was hotel's fault but the hotel's manager Hee tell trip.com not to call and decided not to refund a single dollar even though I'm the victim and I didn't even stay on my second and third night. The altitude they provided was terrible as I told them all the issue but they didn't apologize.
I know trip.com tried their best to fight my money back but remember, the decision of refund is on HOTELS end and not trip com. So if you want to book this hotel please no, pay a little bit more and book other because if theres any complain, the manager won't care/ apologize. Even if you don't stay all the days, they won't refund a single dollar.
I have attached my proof so please don't ever book this hotel or you will regret.
