We are having a wonderful vacation at The Norm Oriental Hotel from May 10th to May 15st. The hotel’s child-friendly aquapark and excellent Kids Club have made our child very happy. The à la carte restaurants, including Italian, Turkish, and especially the seafood options, are truly high quality and delicious. The sea is pristine and calm, providing a truly relaxing experience. We would also like to extend our gratitude to General Manager Mr. Ahmet for his support during our stay. This is definitely a hotel we would love to visit again

Stayed here for 10 nights absolutely beautiful hotel we stayed in a part sea view & the view from our room was amazing plus there was plenty of space in our room like separate lounge area, had room clean every day & mini bar top up daily, . Cannot fault the staff there as they was so friendly & welcoming as we was the only British in the hotel they spoke good English & everyday they was so friendly, The breakfast,lunch & evening meals always had plenty of choice. Also plenty of drink & really good quality spirits . Entertainment was different every night & live shows aswell . The beach is only a few mins walk away even thou it's a pebble beach its so lovely & relaxing plenty of sun loungers. In the evening & night there a really good place on the hotel grounds in 1 of the really nice garden areas at the back near the pool area to have a shisa bar & the atmosphere is so chilled & relaxing & both guys who own it are so down to earth, they have plenty of flavours plus they have another small bar near the main live shows at night only were mainly you will see hassan there who is such a lovely guy they both our they r so friendly & welcoming 😊😊. Also in the same area were the shish bar is in the morning they do exercise like yoga,fitness & etv with such a lovely worker fitness lass called yaren but downside was could do with more equipment as they wasn't enough for everyone plus more dumbells . The waterpark has plenty of slides loads of fun there .

I spent 10 days at the Norm Oriental in May. The hotel has bad and good sides. Let me start with the bad ones. The hotel is mainly oriented at Russian families with children. The staff do not speak English. When you need help with something it becomes a huge problem. Russian families are served first in the restaurant by the pool. I tried for half an hour to order a pizza and at the same time families who came later than me were already finishing their food. After a huge argument with the staff I finally received a pizza. In the main restaurant, the better food on the trays is not replenished but replaced by lower quality food. By the end of the dinner, there is practically nothing to eat. The beef is always tough. Spoons and forks are often missing in the main restaurant, and due to staff shortage, the tables are often dirty. No money can be exchanged at the hotel reception, making it difficult to shop and tip the hard-working staff. Good points are: the nice beach with enough sun loungers. A large and well-equipped gym. Super spirits in every bar. Overall the hotel is clean, surrounded by nice greenery. The staff are nice and really hard working so they deserve tips. Regarding a la carte restaurants, I recommend the fish restaurant. The hotel is not expensive, and for the less demanding, it can be a good choice.

It was amazing holidays for us . Food service and all coctails reayl was good and thank you so much the general menager of the hotel mr. Ahmet and another staff . Shisha was amazing thanks to Hasan and Mahmut for lovely tea… see you next time……..

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with the kids’ room at Nomi kids club nanny service and children’s activities during our stay! As parents of young children, it’s always a challenge to find a balance between family time and a little relaxation — but the team here made it so easy. The nannies were professional, caring, and immediately made our kids feel comfortable. Our little ones couldn’t wait to go back every day! The activities were varied and well-organized — from arts and crafts, games, and story time, to mini dance sessions and outdoor fun. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our kids were in good hands while we enjoyed some quiet moments. We also appreciated the clean and bright play spaces, stocked with plenty of toys and creative materials. Highly recommend this service to any family traveling with children — it truly enhanced our holiday experience. We will definitely come back
