We are having a wonderful vacation at The Norm Oriental Hotel from May 10th to May 15st. The hotel’s child-friendly aquapark and excellent Kids Club have made our child very happy. The à la carte restaurants, including Italian, Turkish, and especially the seafood options, are truly high quality and delicious. The sea is pristine and calm, providing a truly relaxing experience. We would also like to extend our gratitude to General Manager Mr. Ahmet for his support during our stay. This is definitely a hotel we would love to visit again

Overall it’s cool. The personnel kinda sucks. Food is amazing. Rooms looks better in photos than in reality, also is not that clean as expected. For room and cleaning - 6/10 Rest - 10/10

We stayed at The Norm Oriental Kemer with a group of friends, and it was an unforgettable experience! Special thanks to Duygu, Selin and Madina from guests relations - for being kind and helpful, they even gave great local tips. The hotel has a very chill vibe, music and pool parties were on point. Rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. Perfect for a fun vacation with friends!

We travelled as a family of four with our 18 year old twins in July 25, for 10 nights. We have been to 2-3 other Turkish all inclusives so we felt we had a good idea what to expect. We wanted good service but not the ‘holiday factory’ feel some of the really big places can have. We arrived at about 9pm after a 4 hour flight and 90 minute transfer. We were hungry but there was nowhere in the hotel where we could eat at this time. This is despite the hotel advertising 24 hour food provision. This meant we ended up having to leave the hotel and find a bar to eat at. Not a good first impression. The hotel was not overly busy which was good and meant there were always subbed available around the pleasant pool or on the stony beach. The pier was busier but seldom completely full. We were in a Junior Suite with sea view. This have is two rooms (and balconies) with a double in one and two singles in the other. There was a family bathroom with a bath, toilet and a separate shower cubicle. There was also an additional toilet. The rooms were very spacious with plenty of cupboard space. The Aircon worked but wasn’t the coolest. The Double bed was huge but the duvet itself was a bit small. There were rooms were kept very clean. There were 2 mini bars. These were not reliably refilled and we needed to contact reception numerous times to get this done. The hotel bills itself as having 3 a La carte restaurants. Booking for these (apart from ‘Gusto’, the outside restaurant) was at the discretion of the hotel’s Guest Services and seemed completely arbitrary, both in terms of when you could go and which restaurant you went to. We were granted access to the fish restaurant and whilst this was very nice it meant the other 9 nights we were at the buffet. The food itself was perfectly pleasant and was well presented and plentiful.

We have just finished our amazing holiday at this hotel. All our expectations were satisfied. Hotel territory is beautiful. We were greatly impressed by staff attention. Everything is well organised. Big thanks to animation team especially Bilal. Recommend
