Simena Comfort Hotel

Food is okay lots of choices, staff are unfriendly except a few and drink glasses are always dirty apart from the ones at the buffet. We stayed in the villa part of the hotel, room was cleaned regularly although shoe marks on wall from where people have killed spiders also had to ask for toilet paper when ran out which wasn’t ideal. Not alot of English here and mainly catered for Russians. We had a mediocre time until our final day when we came back to our room from being at the pool for a couple hours to find €90 had been taken from my girlfriends purse which was hidden in our suitcase out of sight covered by multiple things , when confronted with the issue they refused to resolve the situation and said there was nothing they could do. If it wasn’t for being ROBBED I would’ve given a two star. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! WiFi is also terrible.

Room was spacious and clean. A superior garden room. The grounds of the hotel are extensive and well kept. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. Special thank you to Mr Barti for his help and pleasant attitude. Food - Breakfast excellent variety shame hot food was only warm sometimes cold. Lunch and dinner again big selection but again hot food often not hot. Snack bar was fair. The girls who served tea in main lounge always pleasant. The only downside the beach needs a tidy up and considering size of hotel is quite small. Could only get sunbed without a shade so didn’t bother

A wonderful 7 days in a beautiful hotel, almost by the sea. Starting with the smiling reception (Osman and Fatih) Immediately after check-in our luggage was taken and we were escorted to our room (A big plus for German knowledge) Very professional, always helpful and smiling office chef Yahya Every day animation,dart,great music,one trip to the club and care 10/10 Sahin Almost all the bartenders served us very nicely, they had a lot of patience to serve 3 bartenders from Poland with a smile fulfilled all our cocktail wishes (Cetin Murat) See you next year everybody! Great service, nice and well-spent time, especially the reception staff Yahya, Fatih and Osman, always smiling and helpful, good communication skills. Rooms, animations, meals, swimming pool ok. Best regards and see you soon next year or sooner.

Definitely not a 5 star just about a 4 star , half a dozen English speaking staff , ( special thanks to the young English speaking lady at reception and the no1 bellboy who were always happy to help us ), although all try to be helpful except the lady running guest relations , she’s not helpful or even very polite , did nothing to help sort out anything for my daughters birthday celebration, the spa is excellent and all the staff in it . Wi-Fi is available but very patchy In areas Not sure on where the excellent food reviews come from as The food seems to be the same every night in the buffet, so if your here for over 7 days you would of tried everything , if you come with children they will probably struggle as there is no kids section , there is also no drinks waiter service in the restaurant or round any pools ( this would be a massive plus as queues at the bar do get long ) The room we had ( king upper swim up room ) were ok , clean tidy , nice balcony but the twin room is small cramped , has no balcony, and although the king room was cleaned daily the mini bar was not restocked after the first day , my daughters twin room however kept getting missed off the cleaning schedule and had to chase the staff down to come back and clean it We’ve had a good holiday , but with a few extra improvements the hotel it would of been better

We spent a wonderful week at the Simena Hotel. The thing we will remember the most is the friendly staff. On the first day at the reception Yahya Kendirei, who explained everything to us, was very friendly and we could always count on his help. Rooms clean and neat, cleaned daily. Food ok, certainly everyone will find something for themselves. Every day some attractions on which we had a great time. We gave a warm greeting to the funny Sahin. Beautiful beach, which is located not far from the hotel. No problem with sunbeds both on the beach and by the pools. We will definitely have fond memories. We send our warmest greetings to Yahye- Nikola and Kewin.
