Good hotel facilities and the breakfast and dinner offering is the best.

Check-in was so lacking in this hotel. The Receptionist was a bit lazy to do his job. He asked me the reservation, told me to settle a bill before he gave me the cardkey but he never explained us anything about the hotel facilities and how the hotel works, just go take the lift and leave him alone. Room is tiny and cheap from the floor to the ceiling. I requested a doble bed and was confirmed by the agency and the receptionist but again they gave us 2 single beds joined together. The bed is like a cardboard including pillows. It’s like sleeping on the concrete floor. Bathroom is nice but no exhaust no ventilation. The cleaning lady forgot to replace the towels the next day, i had to call reception a couple of times. Restaurant is the worst part. We stayed for dinner during our first night and regretted doing it. Service is so faulty, we always have to call a staff for orders but they are very attentive and quick to bring the bill. The buffet is properly decorated but the taste of the food is grouse. Food was dry and cold, a Chinese buffet in Palma is much better in quality. Breakfast is the same as dinner, food is cold but none of the staff, not even the Restaurant Manager, even cared about it. Overall???? Experience was too baD. This hotel that does not even meet a basic standards on Hospitality. Staff is LAZY, food taste like leftovers and hard mattress.

The Hotel is just amazing! It offers every service you will need . Near the seaside the location is very well. The staff always very welcoming ,friendly and helpful when you need them. Room was very clean ,spacious balcony and offers a great view of the sea. Another important thing is the food dishes we had at the restaurant of the hotel. So delicious and healthy choices. The only issue we had was the lack of the wifi at the room ,we stayed at the last floor. Also we would prefer the bed to be a double one not two single ones. But the overall value for the money and the experience we had here was just wonderful. It’s really worth it to stay here.

Hotel was in a decent location, easy to get to from the airport, for anyone enquiring I'd suggest getting the bus (taxi was excessively expensive), the reason I'd say the service was average was due to them making me go up to my room twice seeing as the card key wasn't working, in the end they called their technician who changed the the battery on the door lock.. For me at that point being tired and grouchy I didn't think the service was great. But overall can't complain, room was decent, all very clean etc. Would like to revisit on another occasion for a longer stay:)

Ich habe in dem achtstöckigen Hotel ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick zur Einzelbenutzung für eine Nacht gebucht ohne Frühstück. Das Hotel kannte ich vom Vorbeifahren. Es sieht von außen nicht sehr ansprechend aus, überrascht aber, wenn man es betritt. Alles wirkt frisch renoviert und sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Ich hatte ein Zimmer in der 7. Etage und war sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt in der 2 Reihe, den Strand und die Promenade erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten. Das Hotel, das wie die ebenfalls an der Playa de Palma gelegenen Schwesterhotels Pamplona und Caballero zur BG-Gruppe gehört, hat eine Spa- und Sportbereich sowie einen kleinen Indoor-Pool. Mahlzeiten habe ich nicht genutzt. Im Fernseher sind nur relativ wenige deutsche Sender, darunter als wichtigste ZDF, RTL, Vox, 3 Sat, ZDF Info, RTL 2. Das Erste und 3. Programme fehlen. Positiv: Ich habe mein Tablet im Zimmer vergessen. Das Zimmermädchen hat es gefunden und es ehrlicherweise an der Rezeption abgegeben. Ich habe es einen Tag später abgeholt. Danke für die Ehrlichkeit!

位置很方便，門口便是巴士站，往機場巴士也有，但拿大件行李要拿上巴士與人迫不太推薦，都是叫車快及方案。房間大小合適，門向遠海景，沒有水煲之類，一切靠自己。11月天氣酒店已關冷氣系統，開機都是暖風，第一天又熱又焗，晚上關機打開窗才能睡，但很多很多蚊子，全晚不停殺蚊，有蚊紗但只要一開房門也會入蚊子，所以露台用不了海景也看不了，可掛牌每天打掃但應該沒有吸塵，忍不住自己用紙巾往地面掃了一堆。。。早餐多款食物，每天同款都是凍的火腿香腸類及面包，有煎蛋但要排很久所以吃炒蛋不用排，隔天會有白酒飲，讚👍🏻 女兒不喜火腿面包類所以每天早餐都沒甚麼可吃到。晚餐有天去看見有多款海鮮就問職員是否每晚也有，說是，可惜第二晚加錢去吃只有燒魷魚也是一人負責等很久，有點失望，價錢是平的€20, 不好是咖啡茶水甚麼都沒有，就是有點像明要你叫飲品啊！室內泳池超細，有晚想前去，有7-8人在已不能再多人下水。。。 但整體酒店是不錯的，服務員也很nice, 我們差不多每天都要跟他們兌散子坐公巴，都非常友善👍🏻👍🏻

Las instalaciones muy limpias, la comida del buffet rica, mi habitación tenía una ubicación y terraza hermosa, solo estuve por dos días pero me gustó mucho.

Bon emplacement l’arrêt du bus est en face de l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner est varié, la chambre n’était pas super propre des cheveux et autres …
