第二次來帕爾馬了，真的非常喜歡這裏！這個酒店是我住過最舒適的酒店，選擇了海景房，景色超級好，房間暖氣也很足，酒店的服務人員很熱情！超級滿意！

由於抵達酒店較晚，享用了晚上的付費自助餐，整體性價比ok。酒店晚上安排歌手駐唱，非常愜意有情調，氛圍很好

這個酒店就在海邊，但並不是所有的房間都能看到完整的海。這一段海沒有沙灘都是礁石，但是景色也很好，下面就是一條自行車道適合跑步騎車，直通市中心。 早餐種類豐富，很適合過來度假。

As soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly by Dave, and gave us good information about the resort. We were a little early for check in, so went for a delicious lunch at the Kentia bar, while our room was made ready early for us. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, with nothing being too much trouble. Our room was spotless and the bed so comfy. The bathroom was huge with a great shower and housekeeping came daily. The pool area was spacious and peaceful with beautiful views of the sea. No problem getting a sun bed either, and despite being under the Palma airport flight path, the noise of aircraft’s wasn’t noticeable. The area itself is very quiet and laid back, just the spot if you are looking to avoid crazy nightlife but still want a sociable vibe with an abundance of restaurants and bars - we didn’t have a single bad meal! The breakfasts at the resort were incredible, with everything you could possibly want for breakfast - even Prosecco! The evening entertainment was a little hit and miss in terms of variety- good singers but not always our taste and seemed a bit ‘sanely’. I think the older residents loved it though which is great to see. The resort have bikes for hire, which we really enjoyed. €10 for the whole day per bike, and there are cycle paths all along the coast in both directions. A lovely way to see what's around. We cycled to Palma for the day to see the cathedral (well worth a trip), and then cycled in the opposite direction to the Aqualand water park - great fun! We would definitely come back her and look forward to booking soon

I booked a short 3 night stay through easyjet holidays at this hotel. straight off, if you have coach transfer included, the coach will not pick you up or drop you off outside the hotel. drop off/pick up was about 5 minute walk away, I had a large case so probably took me longer than usual. there was no warning of this until you are on the coach. BTW the airport is literally under 2 miles away from hotel, next time I would just get a taxi from the airport. I waited 40 mins for the coach to leave and I was at the hotel within 5 mins. lesson learnt. I did not upgrade so I had a standard room at the back of the hotel, no view, only looking at local residential buildings. the room was spacious and clean, fridge in the room and was given 2 small bottles of water. you do have to pay for water, but I did fill my water bottle up at breakfast. breakfast buffet ok, nothing special. there is an ala carte dinner option, which is so limited on choice. I would probably say it's more a snack/bar menu. the lunch menu has much more choice in it. the buffet dinner, ummm, was ok. local restaurants are about 5 to 10 minute walk away and the main part of can pastilla is 20-30 minute walk. the hotel is relaxing. I'm really surprised with the other reviews not mentioning the planes. the hotel is so close to the flight path and the planes are constantly coming and going. I live near an airport anyway and I love the airport noise but I have to say this was on another level, to the point I was woken several times by the planes, they are still taking off at 1am 2am and they start arriving around 5am. I think people should be made aware, even though it's close to the airport, it is literally under the flight path, light sleepers would struggle. I did wonder if the noise was less if staying at the front of the hotel, but can't confirm. added photos so you can see proximity. I would stay here again as it is a lovely location and besides the plane noise, it is a peaceful hotel.

Last minute booking for a 4 night break with my partner. On arrival we were greeted by pleasant team on reception however was taken aback by a bill straight away at check in of 26€ “Tourist Charge.” We booked with Jet2 holidays so will take this up with them as not aware of this charge when booking! Room was clean, our room was open planned with the bathroom which I wasn’t too keen on but I suppose that is down to personal preference. The shower drainage was a bit slow but didn’t cause much of an issue, after our 1st night we didn’t ask for our room to be cleaned, 2nd and 3rd we did. Our towels were all took away on one day and never replaced and we ran out of hand wash and shower gel during our stay so would say that housekeeping need to take a bit more time instead of rushing. Breakfast, good selection of food but on 2 mornings the hot food was cold and bacon overcooked to a crisp. We paid for the “My favourite Club” - my advice don’t bother wasting your money! We had access to the roof top sunbathing area with pool- the pool looked so unkept compared to the main one, tiles looked dirty, water looked dirty and I saw a plaster floating around in there one day. We didn’t bother using it and used the main one which seemed a lot cleaner. You get free snacks and soft drinks during the day- we used it once. The snacks looked like left overs from the breakfast buffet. This was in a side room which to be honest looked like an old meeting room so felt really uncomfortable being in there! Nothing chilled about it. You get “certain tables” reserved for you at breakfast- again nothing special about these tables and when entering for breakfast no room number was taken so anyone could sit at them. We sat down at them and never got asked if we’d paid extra for this. “Mini bar” in room- this was just 6 cans of pop, a couple of small bottles of water and 2 bottles of beer- again really nothing special. I properly wouldn’t stay again as we have spent less money in 5 star hotels and had a lot better experience and service.

Due to its location you have to expect some aircraft noise but this did not affect my stay at all. It delivers everything that you would expect to a very good standard. You should be aware that if you have not booked on of their ‘Favourite’ rooms then some of the facilities will not be available to you such as the roof top pool and some areas within the restaurant. My only disappointment was how tight it was for space between the sunbed around the pool. This was no helped by the addition of Balinese bed which no one used because there was an extra charge. Due to its location and links to Palma I would stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a short break with my Husband celebrating my 60th. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the checkin wasn’t very good, our room wasn’t ready until 3pm we was allowed to leave luggage but the luggage room was open to anyone at any time which was very off putting not very secure, at checkin I asked if we could upgrade to a front facing sea view but there was none available but reception didn’t offer us any other options also we was not advised about any other services for example whether we could pay for dinner in the restaurant, pay for a late out even after asking what time was check out, lots of missed opportunities to upsell. We paid for a sea view room which we got but the view from the balcony wasn’t the best. The breakfast was of good standard with plenty of choices, there is a spa but we didn’t use it. The bar staff were a bit hit and miss with the service, some would come and ask if you wanted anything but in the main didn’t approach you. The housekeeping staff are lovely and friendly and 2 receptionists Teresa and David were also friendly and helpful. The hotel isn’t really close to the main drag and we was dropped off a few blocks away as the coach couldn’t get to the hotel, that’s not the fault of the hotel this is out of their control but something to take into account if you’re not very mobile you would be better getting a taxi.

We had a lovely holiday at this hotel. It is on the edge of the resort in a quiet bay with a short walk to restaurants. It is very close to the airport and under the flight path but this did not bother us at all. Hotel is very smart and the staff are lovely especially the pool bar staff and the yound lady on reception. We had a room with pool view and restricted sea view. The room was very pleasant although a little small for a 4 star hotel. We also thought that a lot of the usual 4 star luxuries we are used to were missing i.e. a coffee machine, dressing gowns, slippers, tissues and bottled water replenished each day. The cleaners tidied rather than cleaned the room each day. We enjoyed our holiday and would stay again. The one thing that should really be addressed is the pool towels. I understand that there is necessity to conserve water. But when paying a premium to stay at a 4 star hotel I do think you should be able to change your pool towel at least once or twice in a seven day holiday period without incurring a cost. We stayed at this hotel for eleven nights and on principle we refused to pay €5 for a clean towel. There was a fire drill/evacuation while we were there. This did not go well there were people stoll sat on there balconies while we stood out on the street. The lifts were still in operation during the evacuation. My husband followed the guidelines and used the fire escape. He did not feel safe using this as it was in need of repair. He did mention this to the reception staff. I was laying by the pool at the time of the evacuation and did not realise that the alarm was the hotel alarm as it was very quiet.
