The hotel is in a good location with direct access to the beach, that’s our only positive. We travel a lot and booked this as part of a cruise and stay with TUI, felt it was ideal as it was 3+ star and was only for 4 nights. On arrival we were instantly shocked at how different the place looked and felt compared to the pictures advertised. We had a street view room x2 on 3 floor and they were awful. In need of an uplift and deep clean as per pictures. The noise was awful, constant hearing of foot steps and furniture moving, beds creaky and uncomfortable. Our beds were not even changed at all during our stay. We wanted to upgrade but this was not possible as supposedly full. It was awful and not to our taste. We were pleased that we only had to stay for 4 nights. Food was not the best either. Pool area was dirty as were sunbeds. You’ll see the scum on the poolside which was really unpleasant. Parasols were rusty and full of cobwebs. Doors in bathrooms warped, timescale and rust on taps. I’d not want to recommend anyone stay here.

Amazing hotel right on the beach. Food was lovely and plenty of choose. Clean hotel throughout, comfy beds. Looked out over the pool area, lots of sunbeds around the area. Nice walk into the town with lots of bars and restaurants. The staff and people were friendly, could not fault the place, Brilliant

The hotel get clean very day with change bedding and towels everyday. Food lovely and a variety to choose from. Entertainment brilliant every night a games of bingo too very night, Swimming pool big and the hotel is very close to the beach and shops x

Location by the beach other hotels bar's etc near by hotel is very good nice and clean rooms big beds are a bit lumpy though but food was delicious very varied thouout the week staff very friendly and helpful would I stay here again absolutely book it

Highly recommend staying at the hotel. The rooms are spotless and the air conditioning is a dream especially as it was very hot this last week. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and make you feel at home and the entertainment was brilliant especially the comedian. David the man in charge of the entertainment was really great and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. The food at the hotel is absolutely wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed trying new dishes as well as ones we are use too. You get a great choice of things to eat both at breakfast and dinner and the taste is amazing. The hotels in a great location with the sea just a few steps away and only a 20 minute walk into the main town. I really recommend staying here and we will definitely come back.

We used to come here with the kids and decided to return 11 years later we weren't disappointed. The hotel has been renovated and it's totally spotless through out. We had a pool view room which was shaded but perfect for the hot weather. It was Very quiet on a night so we could get a good night's sleep. Friendly reception staff we had a late flight but they opened the cold buffet for us which I really didn't expect. Waiter staff are amazing we were more than happy to see our old friends again. The food is fantastic my daughter is a vegetarian and there was plenty every day for her. Restaurant staff can't do enough for you. The evening shows we're very good and David was amazing entertaining the children. Good daytime activities really enjoyed the volley ball again David was brill at the daytime activities too. It's right on the beach awesome food and wonderful staff. Market day every Friday and can picafort a 15 to 20 minute walk away. We have been to hotels with higher ratings and trust me they were not as good. Just book you won't be disappointed. Looking forward to returning in the future x

Great value hotel. Loved that it was on the beach. The view if you get a sea view room are incredible! Best I’ve had. Rooms & hotel itself lovely & clean. Would really recommend this hotel, the only slight negatives I would say is that the dinner is hit & miss, a couple of good nights and quite poor on a few nights. It was really hard to get a drink with dinner, you have to order from waiter but they are really busy, sometimes you wouldn’t get a drink till half way through or sometimes not atall, I feel they should supply free water at least with dinner & in communal areas so you could fill up your own water bottles. All waiters and staff were really nice with the exception of one, who was I’d say in his forties & leering at my teenage daughter constantly, asking her name then stroking her hand whilst giving her change when buying a drink. This made us feel really uncomfortable and we avoided the areas he was working, this was sad we were made to feel like this, I was going to report him & maybe I should have in hindsight. However apart from this, this is a great hotel & excellent value for money.

Nice relaxing week (shame it rained for 2 days not hotels fault!). 20 mins walk along lovely coastline into main resort (if you like supermarkets and restaurants). The hotel water is not drinkable and upon arriving at 2am there was nowhere to get any. Please leave a bottle of water in the room for late night arrivals or at least put a vending machine in your lobby. You can't buy bottled water in this hotel (only in a glass from the bar) so you have to go to the supermarket up the road. Our towels were not changed the whole week, the beds were uncomfortable and sometimes no top sheet provided? Weird. There is a kettle so bring your own tea bags/coffee etc. Safe is extra money. There is a handy mini fridge in the room for milk/water etc. Staff pleasant, pool nice, sunbeds aplenty. Canteen feel around restaurant, food was mostly v.nice but much of the meat and fish was overdone. Overall good value for money on our tui deal.

What an absolute delight, not a new hotel but very well kept. The staff really are excellent, so helpful. The resort itself is quiet, with its own beach away from the crowds. If you want a busy night life scene, then this is not for you. Great all round family entertainment, kids activities, disco and games. Food is good, so fresh, loads of choice. Rooms large and spacious for us, well serviced, bathroom well appointed. Would definitely stay there again.
