Very clean hotel and lovely, friendly and welcoming staff. We arrived here at 3.30am on the night of the 24th after having to leave our airbnb due to safety reasons, the lady on the desk was incredibly kind and helpful and reassuring and got us checked in quickly and smoothly. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy.

The staff are exceptional. Friendly, helpful and kind. Clean, bright and comfortable. Near an amazing beach with fabulous views. Lovely pool a couple of cabaret nights. Here is the super Madi who looks after us in the bar. Great place to be.

Just returned from this hotel after staying 5 nights with friends, can honestly say this was one of the friendliest hotels I’ve stayed in and I travel a lot! Our hotel room was clean and airy the bed extremely comfortable. The pool area is fairly small but clean with plenty of beds. We had bed and breakfast , the choice at breakfast was fantastic , very fresh with a huge choice of food. The location is excellent just a minute or so walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants shops etc. although Can Picafort isn’t for me and I won’t be returning, I have nothing but good things to say about EVERY member of staff we encountered, from check in staff, bar staff, breakfast area, cleaners were or seemed genuinely happy. We were always greeted and welcomed with smiling faces , nothing was too much trouble and they were also fun. I can’t name everyone but wish I could ! I did managed to get Madi’s name who worked in the bar area by the pool ( all were amazing ) she was a sweetheart. We would all highly recommend this hotel . Thank you to every member of staff you are all wonderful !

Returned to Can Picafort with mum after a gap of 24 years and magical memories . We were shocked by how much the area had changed but this lovely hotel made up for some of that . Being working class and eternally being on a budget it was lovely to stay at a hotel a step up from our usual . The breakfasts were fantastic as were the iced cappuccinos and cocktails . Cleanliness was excellent and overall it just had a lovely chilled feel. The reception staff were friendly but the highlight were the bar staff - Madi and the boys were great - we miss them already. We saw a couple of shows on our short stay and these were great fun too. I liked the pool, my only little gripe was that the pool and the pool area are a little small- it is a shame that the inside bar wasn’t smaller allowing for the pool area to be bigger . The location was also really handy . If you are looking for a good solid clean hotel with friendly staff and a good location then I would definitely recommend.

We booked this as a package weekend getaway from lastminute at half board and it was perfect for that! The room was small but clean, with free fridge and safe. The bathroom was lovely and spacious. The pool area was nice and plenty of seats for everyone with an upstairs sundeck. Breakfasts were nice but the same every day. You can get prosecco and slushies included here. Dinner wasn’t as good, with all drinks (even water) payable. Good value for money food-wise, but i would’ve struggled to stay any longer. Amazing location on the Burger King crossroads, 2 mins walk from the beach. Staff were fantastic, giving us use of a shower room before leaving and minding our luggage. I would definitely come back for a short break.

As soon as you walk into this hotel, it smells like a spa. Lovely staff on reception, clean hotel and the room was just what you need when you go on holiday. Although the walls ate paper thin and maybe a little bit of mantience was needed in the bathroom of the room I stayed in on the second floor. Breakfast was great. Lots of selection, did was very basic! Small pool area, close by to the beach.

Good hotel for short stay. Pool is on the smaller side so could be hectic at high season, we were there in late May. The single room occupancy ideal for me and had a double bed. I did have an odd situ with reception. I messaged in advance to explain I was bringing my elderly mother and could we be placed in the quiet end of the hotel. When we arrived we were initially separated being placed on level 1 and level 4 which while might have not been above the bar - wasn’t ideal. This was rectified quite quickly. I also asked if I could upgrade one room to the opposite side of the hotel where the ocean could be seen. I was told by Marina (reception manager I assume) there were no ocean views. This wasn’t true. I had seen the view from the gym. All be it across a road behind the hotel. Marina then told me it wasn’t possible when I challenged this. Tbh she didn’t seem to care if we stayed in the hotel or not. Jose was far more friendly. The resort is standard with a lot of the restaurants close by selling bland plastic menu offerings. Strongly recommend walking up to the marina for dinner. A couple of good options there.

Stayed here 19/06/24 When were checking in it was pretty straight forward, only one on person on reception bit silly when you are expecting a guest drop off, first impressions was a clean bright lounge area smelt DEVINE, we were half board originally we where all inclu but hotel changed ut to H/B, wich ment we had to pay for alcohol , I always thought tea/coffee was in with half board sadly not, we spent a small penny on drinks ( not heavy drinkers) Pool only small i wanted a lilo but felt you would get in peoples way because of sml pool , get 1 bottle of water for whole stay ( first night) then you have to buy your own ( annoying) Food was nice and puddings were lovely, staff were nice , i think as it being adults only It would be appreciated if you staff could come ask, if anyone wanted a drink around the pool , i think theres room for improvement in the hotel , be aware your not to drink the water so you have to go and get your own water if you need to weigh your case in the hotel you have to insert a £1' you really do get wat you pay for, Dont think i would rush back but overall decent lil place.
