Ferrer Concord Hotel & Spa

Waiters stuff is amazingly, I don't any complaint. Food, was totally unacceptable, I was expecting more to be a Hotel 4*S Paella raw, eggs uncooked time, food salted or not taste, I tried to speak with someone how was in charge in the kitchen stuff, but no one helped me. Where does head chef was?! No one know. I don't recommend this hotel, would be better if you book another hotel 3* that for sure they ll have much better food. Disappointed with the food service. Hotel has a great restored, but service food didn't like it, even we get dinner outside (In front of hotel) wooow better 100% Try to improve, because in that way you are not correct.

We spent 2 nights , 12 of us to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday . The hotel has defiantly earned its 4 stars , the rooms are well appointed with toiletries , dressing gowns , nespresso machines , and spotlessly cleaned , the hotel have thought of everything . The hotel is right on the beach and the use of the sister hotel , which is 1 minute walk was great . The all inclusive is very good and one of the best I have stayed in within Europe . Well done to all the hotel team who are super friendly, special thank you to Sylvia on reception , the entertainment team and bar staff who made our stay very special . The entertainment inThe sister hotel was fab , especillay the ABBA Tribute . The hotel is set around a little square with some lovely shops . Well done Ferrer Concord great job!

A fantastic hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. Hotel is on the beach. The view from the room was beautiful - looked directly onto the sea. All the facilities were incredibly clean. A truly 5 star experience. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I spent 4 days here and absolutely loved it. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast buffet was fab and the setting is amazing. We didn’t venture over to the sister hotel but it looked great. We had a sea view - would highly recommend, especially for the sunrise, it was beautiful. It’s a really chilled out area around the pool and plenty of sun beds. The restaurant and bar are spacious and airy. The beach is beautiful and if you want to rent the sun beds there they were €21 for two of us for the day. And they have a combination code safe you can put valuables in if you all want to swim in the sea together. Lots of shops in the square including a spar that sells everything and gift/clothes shops. The square is at the front of the hotel with lovely fountains. We went to the beach restaurant just as you enter the beach. Amazing food and cocktails and live music. If you turn left out the back of the hotel about 100 yards there’s a beautiful Italian - again great cocktails. We’ve had the most amazing time and will definitely be back. It was a chilled, friendly, clean place. Fab hotel, thank you!

We just got back from a 12 night stay at the Ferrer Concorde. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. This hotel caters very much for the German guest, which there are a lot of in this hotel. The first morning we went down for breakfast, there wasn’t a lot for the English guest. I complained at the reception and the lady on Sylvia was very understanding, and she gave us permission to eat over at their sister hotel, as it’s a bigger hotel and there was more variety. But saying that there still wasn’t much variety. The staff in the hotel were lovely especially Sylvia, she alway asked us if we was ok and happy. We spent most of our 12 days at the sister hotel around there pool, as there was more going on over there. We always got a couple of sunbeds, ever late morning. The area is quiet but there’s a few shops and bars outside the hotel, it’s about a 20-25 min walk to the more lively part of Can Picarfort. Would definitely recommend the Indian restaurant on the main shopping street. Would we go back to this hotel “No” too many German guest and to quiet for us. But I would say it is a very clean hotel with lovely staff.

Excellent quiet and calm hotel at the end of a sea view path. Handful of small bars and shops in the area. Rooms small but spotlessly clean. We had a street view room but would recommend a sea view room to make the most of the hotels location. The pool is small but we went 5 metres to the sea. Some days you needed to be early with your towel for prime sunbathing spots. Food very good, an international buffet which was well stocked and included some veggie options. Lunch at sister hotel, which was across the street, also very tasty. Our nights were spent in the bar with a drink, playing cards and watching the sea , my perfect evening without a mini disco thank goodness. If you like quiet sea views this is an excellent hotel.
