A wonderful hotel. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has a calm atmosphere. It is suitable for couples to relax. Special thanks to Vera, who works at the reception. Delicious and varied food. The sea is very close. In the evening, you can walk along the embankment. Or sit in a cafe by the sea. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is very clean , the staf is very friendly ‘never experienced before! The bedroom is big . The hotel is nicely calm. Is close to the beach, but also in the center of the city. The restaurant is not expensive .We come again ! We love CanPicafort and the JSSol

A short 2 night stay. Room was spotless, the staff couldn't do enough for me they were so kind. I would certainly recommend. I arrived late and the reception let me pay the tourist tax the next day, made me a couple of drinks and took my case to my room for me.

For over €1500 I would not recommend this hotel. It's quiet an old hotel with bad wires hanging off the walls and plugs that don't work. We stayed in an hotel room with with 1 bedroom and 1 "living room". The AC was great in one room but non existent in the living room. The living room had 1 chair, 1 fridge and 1 table not what one expects from a living room. The balcony was quiet small with 2 chairs tak8ng up the entire balcony. The area is nice small walk to beach and pool that's across the road from the hotel. The receptionist named Vera was extremely helpful and really made a drab holiday a little better. One morning breakfast was finished at 10:15 I arrived at 10:10 thinking I will just run around with a big plate and grab a few breakfast items, only to be yelled at by tge breakfast lady who pointed to her watch saying "we must close, we need to clean the room, youre too late", i have never in any of my holidays been given out to. I have heard the other JS sol hotels are newer and better versions of this hotel, so maybe stay there instead of here.

I am just back from JS Sol Can Pica fort and need another holiday to get over this hotel. We arrived late on August 28th 24. Peubleo, at the reception desk was anything but welcoming. I actually asked him could I take a glass of water which was warm and possibly there all day. I am used to spring water on tap but I was in for a shock. I understood that I had to pay £920 for 3 adults on b/b basis for 1 week. Peubleo informed me that I actually owed £ 1569 which included b/b and dinner each night. I asked could we cancel dinner as I had not booked it. He said I could not. I decided that I would leave it until the morning after and speak with front desk staff. The following morning I went to reception met Maria who was confrontational and she advised that the price was for b/b only . Back to the price she informed me that I booked 2 rooms which was ironic when I saw the 2 rooms. I paid her £1000 on 29th August '24. as that was my limit for the day I actually had to ring my bank and explain AIB were very helpful but advised me to be careful as this incident was unusual. Following day I gave Maria the balance of £569 Maria reportedly rang her manager who said I could not cheaper room as hotel was full I would have expected this :manager to speak with me personally . During our stay I never saw any manager and I feel I would recognize leadership role and how important that role is. We got a room on 3rd floor. To say the lift took me back in time my daughter said it looked like the one in Titanic. We finally arrived outside the room 315 we were tired but we had a laugh. The 2 single beds were comfortable . A/C was excellent and appreciated. There were no chairs to sit on we brought the chairs in the balcony which were garden seats. There was no lockers only 2 small metal tables at the side of each bed which were difficult to put my phone on . The wiring was dangerous and so old it needs rewiring as a matter of urgency. There was 1 socket in bedroom believe it or not It was over the beds. I was so frightened when we plugged in our phones that it might go on fire as the plug was hot. There were 2 sockets in the second room one of the socket had 3 way plugged in adaptor feeding the fridge and kettle and TV which I thought was overloading an archaic electricity supply. The other socket when I tried to plug in my phone just falling out. This second bedroom had a bed not a sofa which they said was there. It had a fridge which appreciated though quiet old also. By the way my husband had to ask for a kettle no cutlery, cups plates knives or spoons. The bathroom was shower over bath quiet adequate .The breakfast was lacking As a diabetic I found no cereals except coco pops, fruit was lacking but some mornings I did get an apple and it was beautiful. Very good three star hotel, near to all the restaurants. Breakfast was nice. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, especially Vera on reception. I might just miss her more than I should. I’ve nothing more to say but apparently I need to use 200 characters.

Close to the beach, super friendly staff, hotel and rooms very clean, AC gets nice and cold. I booked half board and both breakfast and dinner were really good, good selection and variety, always fresh fruit at breakfast and fresh fish at dinner. Minutes from stores, bars and restaurants

I am really sorry but I can't leave good review. Firstly I was disappointed as the hotel is not like it is on the pictures. The pictures show other hotels in the neighbourhood. On the pictures there is of the hotel is only one, the view from the balcony if you are lucky and have the right room, otherwise you may find your view is a dumpster or dingy buildings. Staff was very nice and helpful, and offered another room with no additional charges on the next floor but it was still with the same view. First day food was nice, but for all the other days it was horrible especially the dinners. The Meat was dry, it was difficult to chew. Fish was dry, and on one day it tasted bitter. Pasta came without any sauce. Only drink we were offered for free was the water, all soft drinks you had to pay for separately. Only positive thing about this hotel is the short distance to the lovely beach and promenade, and very nice staff in the reception.
