Hotel room is big amd clean. Staff servicr attitude is very nice and polite. Breakfast is also decilious. Easy to access and place in town. Views outisde hotel room is beautiful.

Good location inside the town and beside the river. Very nice view.

The hotel staff were kind enough to give us a room upgrade with river view! It was also a lovely gesture by the service staff to gift us a lotus soup dessert as return guests. The lobby was decorated festively for Xmas and the crew were impeccable in their service standard true to Sheraton brand! Enjoyed our stay once again

The hotel is so clean, the workers are so professional and so friendly! They have so many things you can do in the hotel alone! They have free jacuzzi/spa/hot sauna in the spa floor that you can just go in anytime you want, they also have massage that costs money but I felt was really good! I felt safe going to the massage/hair wash here than anywhere outside, I also took advantage of the breakfast buffet which had so many options, me and my elderly aunt greatly enjoyed the options and she’s a native Vietnamese and found the food really good! I also took advance of the seafood buffet on Saturday which was a little pricier like 1 million a person but the 3rd person is free, I found that one pretty good too! They had a lot of seafood options and lobster with cheese!! My room had a very nice view of the city! And they also have afternoon tea time at Starbucks downstairs which is a cute box with so many biscuits and cakes & chocolates with some tea of course or coffee, which was $20 USD The location was also very good! It was next to vincom with a beautiful view of the can tho river! If you book any excursions you’ll find that the boat will pick you up right there at the hotel at the river to go to Mekong tours, I found that very convenient. Overall it was a perfect experience! Very fun! Very accommodating, friendly people, great service, clean, professional, welcoming! Definitely recommend!

I recently stayed at Sheraton Can Tho, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's prime location next to the Ninh Kieu Pier and the Mekong River Delta offers breathtaking views of the city and the river. The modern, luxurious design and well-appointed rooms made for a comfortable and stylish stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. One evening, they even helped me find a great local restaurant nearby. The hotel's amenities, including the outdoor pool, spa, and fitness center, were top-notch and provided a perfect way to relax and unwind. The on-site dining options, such as Mekong Breeze and Delta Lobby Lounge, offered delicious Southern Vietnamese cuisine and a lovely sunset lounge experience. The breakfast buffet was extensive and catered to a variety of tastes. Overall, Sheraton Can Tho exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, beautiful location, and luxurious amenities. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Can Tho.

Amazing hotel!

Great hotel with great location. Will book again in future.

Stayed 2 nights. Its one of the most recognised landmarks in Can Tho. Room was spacious and clean. We got upgraded to a slightly better room with the river view. Hotel itself ls value for money and the service is great. Lots of staff around and ready to assist.

This hotel actually amazed ob how tidy and clean it is. A real 5 star hotel. From the first minute, the staff is welcoming and very friendly all the time smiling! The stay was extremely pleasant and the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed sipping the good drinks by the poolside and the savory breakfast. The gym is also very good ans the pool is extremely nice and clean. Would definitely come back next time when I’ll be in Can Tho

Hotel was amazing, nice ambience, very professional and friendly staff. I enjoyed my 2 nights stay there very much and will definitely return to stay at Sheraton Can Tho if i were to revisit this town again.

When in Can Tho, go to Sheraton. Amazing breakfast and really good service. Very nice spa and jacuzzi.

Excellent location, easy to move around. In the evening, remember to allocate time for dinning or drink at the pool side and enjoy the beautiful view of Can Tho city.
