This was a great hotel to stay

Great location as most activities are around the hotel and within walking distance. Staff are very friendly. Even the housekeeping staff keep their smile on and greeted me whenver passed by.

Very good breakfast, Excellent location .

the hotel is needed to remodel.

service was good. English speakers were limited but we got the job done through google translate.

第一次在肯特入住這家酒店 之前一直想要預訂。但是都訂不到。因爲此家酒店位置絕佳。可以說是這個城市最美的景點地方。剛剛好目前雨季。所以沒有客人了。

매콩강 앞 너무 좋았어요 여기는 위치다 좋고 호텔앞 배에서 예약해서 저녁도 먹을수 있습니다 다만 우리가 간 날은 단체 회식이였는지 내릴때까지 노래가 끊이질 않았습니다 호텔 자체는 청결 위생 프론트 응대 다 좋았어요

位置不錯，尤其是河景房，view 很好，但泳池不太乾凈，需要多加強，早餐也算可以，對面的寧橋碼頭是拍照的好地方

강변 요지에 있어서 전망이 좋고 강변 산책 또는 유람선 승선등의 동선은 좋습니다 호텔의 조식은 종류가 그리 많지는 않지만 간단한 조식 정도는 무난합니다 호텔의 규모나 위치로 볼때 껀터에서 두세번째 수준정도 되는듯 싶습니다 서비스 부분은 특별히 직원들과 많은 대화를 나눠보지 않아 친절도를 평가하긴 그렇고 청결도는 양호한듯 싶습니다

최고였습니다 스위트룸이엿는데 전망사진 거짓말이겠지 햇는데 정말로 좋았습니다 등록된 사진이랑 같아요

The hotel was a bit of a disappointment, finding out that pictures were a bit of a catfish with the facilities being a bit worn down. We ordered two of the more premium rooms with panoramic views, only to find out that the rooms smelled damp and moldy. We did in fact discover that the bathrooms indeed had mold stains, where some places were clumsily painted over trying to cover it. Due to health concerns we relocated to cheaper rooms, as the hotel informed us these were the only options available, but the hotel refused to refund us the discrepancy between the expensive room and the cheaper room we stayed at. So we have basically been scammed out of what we paid for. The lack of responsibility and service was such a disappointment, should have chosen one of the many other options in the city. Go somewhere else.
