Very nice hotel, nice restaurant. Good service. Overall really enjoyed the experience

Excellent choice for a weekend visit to Canberra - well situated with handy parking; great breakfast and room was very comfortable

I recently stayed at this hotel and loved the environment. Most of the staff were friendly, but one male staff with dark hair wasn’t very patient during check-in. Details like parking, breakfast and check-out weren’t mentioned. This oversight led to confusion, and when I was leaving the parking area, I had to return to the front desk to ask for clarification to avoid being double-charged. Great environment overall, but better communication would help.

Not the best I've stayed in... no toothbrush slippers etc, had to call reception and then or never ended up coming. We waited for a while before heading downstairs and asking for it again on the way out. Room is run down and air is super dry.

I paid for my booking in advance, on arrival the staff charged me again, the refund has still not been credited to my account. The communication between trip it and QT is obviously rubbish. I’ll leave it another day and tomorrow will seek further action. I am angry and so disappointed, will be relaying this to all my colleagues and friends not to stay at QT.
