Good hostel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and well-placed accommodation. Across the road from the bus station, and many tour providers offer a meeting point close to the hostel. There are an abundance of restaurants nearby, and there are many buses that connect the hostel to the beaches.

I loved this hostel! It's directly across from the ADO bus station and the collectivo stop, so very convenient. The grocery store is right next door and shopping is just down the street. There were food trucks out front in the evenings and a restaurant just outside the front door. I as a solo female traveler felt very safe there and also while walking around the local area. The rooftop pool, workout area, kitchen and eating area were amazing! I could spend all day there. The room I stayed in (8 bed dorm) was clean and had it's own bathroom with shower. The only thing I wish the shower had were some hooks (for your towel and clothes) and a shelf to put your cleaning items on. All in all my stay was wonderful and I'll definitely recommend and return :)

Stayed as part of a big group travelling around Mexico. The hostel is brand new and I think we were some of the first to stay there. The hostel was in great condition and it was easy to see that it’s brand new. The beds are nice and like small cubicles (a suggestion for the hostel would be to also put a curtain on the top bunk and not only the bottom). The rooms were spacious with bath and toilet in the rooms, which I guess has both pros and cons relating to sound when sharing a room with others as well as there was nowhere to hang your clothes in the shower so it either had to be on the floor in the shower or outside (not great when sharing with strangers). The outside facilities as well were great, theres a nice patio, pool, and hammocks on the top floor, nice place to hang out. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is due to the staff and their service. I stayed a night after the group left. I asked to booked an extra night which I was told was fine and I payed. I therefore didn’t pack up my stuff as I wasn’t checking out the next day. Suddenly though while my group is checking out and leaving, im told I have to check out as well and change rooms due to cleaning? Changing room for one night is a bit of a hassle and I would have preferred to have been told this as I then probably would have booked somewhere else, as I just stayed here of out convenience, but okey I drag my stuff to the new room, where there’s 4 empty beds. I ask if I can take whichever bed but no I have to take the top bunk in one of the bunk beds. When asked about this as I definitely would prefer a bottom bed. Im told that I cannot change bed as one is reserved. So out of a room with four beds, I now have to stay in the top one, with a stranger below. So basically I had no say in any of this I wasnt asked if I would mind moving room when I booked and extra night, I wasn’t asked which bed I might like to book, and I couldn’t get my money back when I asked if I could book another hostel for the night. Soo the hostel is fine and in mint condition but the service definitely lacks.

Me agrado el ambiente acogedor y amigable con áreas comunes para socializar. Su ubicación es realmente buena para conocer alrededores a pie. El personal es amable y me ayudaron con sus recomendaciones sobre lugares para visitar y como usar el transporte público.

¡Me encantó mi estadía! El personal siempre me brindó un servicio de diez, la ubicación es perfecta para el transporte del ADO. Además, el rooftop es una locura, ¡un lugar increíble para disfrutar de un atardecer espectacular! No hay nada como relajarse allí con una buena bebida y disfrutar de la vista. Un agradecimiento especial a la señorita que me recomendó la cafetería.
