It’s alright. Loud at night. People took my food out the fridge :( (yes, it was labeled). I got a private room but I know I would NOT have been comfortable in the dorms due to stealing issues. Fairly clean but I did see a roach two minutes after getting into my room. BUT the housekeeper works hard everyday to keep it clean. The water setting is too hot or too cold no in between. The owners/volunteers are very nice. Just the travelers I would be weary of.

Staying in The boat house is good idea for everyone who is looking for something simple, homelinees and quiet place. Staff is super nice, they really make you feel welcomed. And another thing, they really focus that the place is super clean. Hostel is located in the centre of Cancun, so everything you need is near:as Chedraui, buss stops, shops, restaurants etc,...

I loved staying at the boat house it’s a really nice hostel! Very clean and a good outdoor area to sit and relax . The location is great and the hostel has a great vibe to it the staff were great and so friendly and welcoming the whole stay! I would definitely return again

Our trip to the boat house was great. My boyfriend and I went for a weekend and the staff were very friendly, Laura especially was lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and very budget friendly. Highly recommend to anyone coming to this area!

Really nice hostel, its clean, has air con and also a nice outdoor area to relax. Location is good as its near the ADO station. Vibe of the hostel was great, and staff were super friendly, and helped with recommendations, especially Laura! 100% recommend

I had a great time with my family at this hostel. One of the best experiences here in Cancun. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff is super friendly. My family and I are very happy with the service and will definitely be back. I recommand!

That was fantastic, the staff was really lovely and friendly! I went with my bestfriend and we both had an amazing time there. 🙌 The place was really clean, we had no problem about that and we will come back for sure!!! I definetly recommend😉
