Cancún Suites Apartments - Hotel Zone

Family trip. We requested a late check-in due to our plane's itinerary. Since there is a 24-hour door staff, there was no inconvenience. The room was just what we needed. It also included a fridge, microwave oven, toaster, induction cooktop, and dinnerware. A convenience store, a pharmacy, and a supermarket are within walking range, as well as the access to the beach. One thing to improve is toiletries size, especially soap and shampoo.

(+) A nice, clean room with a bathroom and an equipped kitchenette, suitable for one night (before flying home), help in arranging transport to the airport, contact with the landlord via WhatsUp... (-) It is difficult to get the room key, (the locker with the key is located 20 m away from the room next to the security guard, and the security guard is hidden in the corridor of the main building), room without a window, smell of mold, deserted surroundings, poor choice of food in the surrounding area, ...

It is an amazing place with coral reef, Lagoon and white sandy beech all within the resort. Service has been excellent and the excursion to Tulum and Cenote is totally worth it. In here, everyday is a workout day and every night is a party night. Great vibes, sport activities, food and drink. The staff here are very friendly. Special mention to Jersey who took care of our early arrival and and late check out arrangement. Thanks you so much!

No vayáis, dicen que la habitación te la entregan limpia y el primer día nos recibieron cucarachas, también dicen en los comentarios que el baño estaba prácticamente nuevo y…el sumidero no traga, la ducha esta para tirar y en si, se trata de un apartamento totalmente obsoleto. De Cancún SUITES apartaments, lo único que tiene del nombre es que está en Cancún. No obstante, ya comentamos a la mujer de la limpieza que el piso estaba sucio cuando llegamos y lejos de recibir una disculpas en persona o por estos comentarios de Google…solo nos echan culpas, nos llaman sucios o mentirosos. Ya estoy desde España presentando una HOJA DE QUEJAS extranjera, por no hablar del trato de la última mujer, no nos quería devolver las maletas hasta que no pagásemos mas, buscan DINERO. Fuimos las víctimas: por alojarnos en un apartamento que está que se cae a pedazos y por quedar las maletas allí guardadas para solicitarnos luego el dinero. Y ahora, el que responde a estos mensajes copiará la misma respuesta una y otra vez, pero mientras esté en mi mano ningún compañero, amigo o conocido irá a ese lugar. NO VALE NI UNA DÉCIMA PARTE DE LO QUE CUESTA.

Son bastante cómodos, muy limpios y lo mejor el aroma es delicioso. Es cerca de todo y por la relación costo beneficio, superó nuestras expectativas.. es facil llegar en bus desde el ADO del centro y barato. para esta fecha 12 pesos en el bus desde el centro. les aconsejaría poner una cuerda en la ducha para poner a secar Por todo lo demás, son super atentos. la ropa húmeda Saludos desde Colombia, volveremos.
