Selina Cancun Laguna Hotel Zone recensioner

We had a nice deal for eight nights for a meeting held in Cancun conference center, which is just 3 minute walk from the hotel. The location is very nice and it is also easy to walk to the beach. The facility is a bit old. The staffs are helpful.

Near Coco bongo, near beach and near restaurants. Has lake in front and sea by 5 mins walking. Swimming pool is not deep. Photos are from walking on the beach.

Great location with a pretty nice pool. Staff was excellent and so was room and service although I did not have hot water Will give Selina Cancun hotel zone a 7/10

I will recommend everyone to stay there

Location is nice and overall vibe is hostel/ party like. Two things that’s really bothered us were the cleanliness of the pool, which was so dirty we didn’t even go inside. And second, the check-in took almost an hour as the staff was slow and there were many people.

Good place to stay with friends though, wouldn't recommend with partner

Very disappointed with the staff at the reception. I got to their hostel at around 9 pm, the receptionists (two men) asked me to wait until they were done with some work, I was exhausted but tried to be patient. However even when they finished I wasn’t called to do the check in. I had to ask them a twice when I saw they were doing nothing. Terrible costumer service. Not helpful at all at any time. These guys really need some training

Hotel clean and tidy. Very good location. Bed was big and confy. The room has a big bathroom very well equipped with towels, shampoo and shower gel. The room has also a fridge with cold drinks. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to go to the Terminal and it is close to the bus stop. NIn every floor there are vending L L lmachinesd for snacks and cold drinks. Also you can get tea and coffee.

in the perfect location, near restaurants and a big supermarket. staffs were helpful and room condition wasn't too bad. affordable price.

1. 청결도: 호텔이라고 생각하고 가시면 안 됩니다. 벽, 천장, 바닥 마감재가 실내용 마감재가 아니라 실외용 마감재예요.. 야외에 있는 기분이 드는 인테리어예요,,, 벽이랑 바닥에는 야외용 벽돌이 깔려있고 천장에는 콘크리트같은 마감재랑 배수관이 그대로 노출되어 있습니다. 2. 위치: 코코봉고에서 도보 5분 거리에 있어서 밤부터 새벽까지 내내 시끄럽습니다. 클럽 음악이 방 창문을 뚫고 들어와요. 3. 서비스: 직원이 24시간 내내 프론트데스크에 상주해 있어서 체크인/체크아웃 하기 용이합니다. 아쉬웠던 점은 5박을 머무르는데 오직 첫날에만 생수를 제공한다는 점과, 도미토리가 아닌 객실임에도 불구하고 하루에 수건이 한장씩만 제공된다는 점입니다. 4. 시설: 공용주방, 정원, 썬베드, 수영장 등 호텔 내 다양한 시설 이용 가능합니다.

사진에는 더블룸 개인실이었고 설명에도 그렇게 써있었는데 도미토리룸이었습니다. 헷갈리지않게 사진과 설명 수정이 필요합니다
