Secrets the Vine Cancun - All Inclusive Adults Only recensioner

We stayed at secrets the vine for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and the facility is well maintained. Staffs are all friendly and welcoming. We love the room with a great below of the Caribbean Sea. The restaurants are average with a bit poor air con. They only thing that I don’t really like is the fragrance that they used at the lobby. Overall, it was a good stay and we may come back in the future.

I was disappointed that they no longer have bottle service in the rooms, only one bottle now and not really what we wanted (Jack Daniel’s), but the service was very good and entertainment was excellent!! That Queen impersonators were amazing.

We love this hotel. It’s clean and it offered a variety of restaurants choices from bar to cafe and fine dining. You can see the beautiful view of the ocean right outside of the swimming pool. We recommend this hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement: 1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet. 2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system. 3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard to reach. 4. The hotel had a noticeable damp smell in both the rooms and hallways, and ventilation was necessary to reduce it. 5. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, which was inconvenient. 6. As for the restaurant, the food tasted average, with the grilled meats being too salty. It would be great to see more breakfast variety, especially in terms of bread and sugar-free yogurt options.

I 100 percent recommend this hotel to any couple traveling to Cancun . The honeymoon suite was just good . The hotel is clean and the staff was very cooperative .

It was the best ever experience. Everything was all inclusive. all the stuff were so nice and the quality of food was amazing. They had a light show as well. It’s worth the money to stay. They have variety of program while are you staying.

I stayed at the Secrets the Vine to celebrate my birthday May 27, 2022- June 01, 2022. Overall, I'd give the hotel a solid 3.5 out of 5. It honestly didn't live up to either me or my boyfriends expectations for the big price tag. The facilities were nice and my room was nice with a nice view of the ocean. Pros: staff came and cleaned every day. Shower got really hot. Bed was comfy. Cons: Only 2 pillows on the bed. I like at least two each for proper neck support and comfort. I've stayed in nicer hotels for less. The food overall was just okay. The breakfast buffet lacked in variety and the food could definitely use more seasonings and flavor. The staff in the restaurants were mostly friendly. The one thing I didn't like the most was the lack of activities on the hotel site. It rained for like 3 days straight over my vacation and the hotel offered very little to keep us entertained. There were towels, buckets, and puddles all over the lobby area from the rain water seeping in. I'm sure that was a safety hazard in its self. Bottom line: Oftentimes I found myself quite bored and had to leave the premises in search of a good time. If you're just looking to relax and kick your feet up, then stay here. If you want entertainment and fun, please continue your search.

66平米的有兩種價格 主要區別在樓層 一個是10-19 另一個是21-27 要特別注意 酒店房間10層相當於是二層 房間很大 沒有晾衣服的地方 床頭電源插孔不合理 非常低 還要挪開櫃子 一價全包 餐食比較好 每次都會給小費 服務員沒收到小費會非常沮喪 也會不高興 酒店規模小 沙灘邊沒什麼可玩兒的

약간의 추가금을 내서 프리퍼드룸으로 업그레이드 했는데 대만족이었습니다. 엄청좋은 뷰와 넓고 쾌적하고, 하루종일 먹고 마시며 잘 쉬다왔습니다.

酒店總體不是很大，適合純躺平。早餐和午餐的自助餐或room service都還可以，晚餐有幾家自助點菜式餐廳可選，其中牛排館很棒，記得開門就去排隊。多帶20-100比索或1-5美金的零錢，偶爾給些小費服務體驗會好很多。
