The initial room 328 had a very strong mold odor like basement, but later upon my complaint was changed to 314 on the same floor and that was better.

Solid hotel in the city center of Cancun - I can recommend it.

Had all the fixings of a great hotel. However, corners were cut in ways to make for a better experience. The room was not as nice and clean as pictured. The shower did not have great pressure. Our toilet barely flushed. You’ll also benefit from using ear plugs.

Nice hotel, good location, not far from transportation station. The service attitude at the front desk is also good. Most of the questions can be answered by them.

Very good hotel. Reasonable prices compared to most of Cancun. We will come back.

The hotel room was comfortable. Didn’t really have any amenities available but there are shops and supermarket close by to be able to get some. The shower in my room was very weak for the water coming out and there was not much hot water so the water was not warm at all for showering. Bathroom was spacious and so was the room tho. Overall an ok place to stay for a short time.

Convenient location for a night, very close to the Ado bus station.

The hotel has a good looking entry / face but the room are pretty bad looking, it looks like they just build it and didn’t finish it, it’s just concrete and there is no deco ! My toilet couldn’t be flushed I had to put off the lid and do it by the inside. My door was really really hard to open Good for couple days but not for a week

Outstanding 4 star mexican hotel. The restaurant is good, the staff is excellent and accomodating. The rooms are nicely supplied and ordered. The house keeping great. The location is right on the main road to Cancun Strip, but close to city amenities also. The parking garage is right underneath the hotel, very convenient but might be filled in the busy season. Would definitely book again.

目の前にスーパーがあり、ダウンタウンの中にあるホテル。いわゆる高級ホテル群とは離れた場所に位置するが、イスラムムヘレスへ行く分にはかなり便利。お手頃で長期滞在にはお財布に優しい。 運悪く泊まった部屋のシャワーが水しか出なかったのが痛すぎるポイント。運が悪いとそうなるかも。。

酒店算大，在downtown Cancun, 出門就有夜市，很多街頭小食。也有一個超市在旁邊。位置在ADO巴士站隔壁，十分方便。但吐嘈一點，酒店提供的個人用品不足，牙膏牙刷拖鞋都沒有。

酒店同ADO 巴士站非常近，當初因為要趕隔日凌晨6點機，所以搭4點ADO 巴士入機場，就決定住巴士站附近。另外，參加了一日團去睇馬雅金字塔，集合點距離酒店十多分鐘步行距離，而集合時間是凌晨5:40。所以就決定住係ADO 站附近，而且附近有不同餐廳和夜市。酒店比想像中舒適，符合預期，性價比高。

ホテルゾーンからは離れていますが、ダウンタウンやバスターミナルまでのアクセスが良かったです。また、部屋も清潔で広かったです。
