Flamingo Cancun All Inclusive recensioner

Nice All-Inclusive hotel directly at the beach, in walking distance to the Cancun tourism center. Good value for money, nice hotel room, good pool, very nice spacious beach area, tasty food in the buffet restaurant, the pizza restaurant and also in the 3rd restaurant. The buffet restaurant is too small for the hotel size but you get used to it. The gym is better than nothing but very small. All in all the hotel is recomendable.

Very disappointing. I've been to several resorts and this was the worst ever. The food was horrible at the buffet no waiter nor waitress to take our drink order. We had to serve our own coffee .. and if they had any . Poor management and customer care. The staff is rude, the food is horrible and the rooms suck.

Location is perfect. It’s easy access to everywhere. But service is average. Some staff is friendly, some of them is not friendly. But it’s not 5 star hotel, so it’s okay. Conclusion, I got satisfied with booking this hotel. It’s nice to access to private beach. Swimming pool is also great!

Perfect place for stay cation in Cancun.

That hotel is.... saved by the beach .... The biggest disappointment was the behaviour of the staff ....1) they don't care about the customers and they don't like their job ( especially in reception ) . 2) the most of them they don't speak English even in critical place's like guest relations. 3) our room was smelling mold. P.s that hotel has good price and great beach ⛱️

Wi-Fi barely worked, seemed like it only worked at night. NO FACE TOWELS( so bring your own) other than that I enjoyed my stay!

Great hotel stay for a quick mini vacation!….I will look forward to booking another trip!

Por tercera ocasión me hospede en este hotel, me parece tranquilo, accesible, limpio, excelente ubicación. Pero lo que mas recomiendo son sus habitaciones suite jr las cuales tienen vista al mar y alberca privada un lujo de habitación

Muy buena relación precio-calidad. La ubicación es perfecta frente a un mar turquesa inigualable. Las instalaciones son lindas y en constante mantenimiento. Los puntos débiles son las comidas, donde falta calidad y variedad. También falta calidez y capacitación en la atención del personal aunque esto no aplica a todo el personal.

Absolutamente todo el personal que trabaja en el hotel: muy atento, amable y hospitalario. Nos hicieron sentir muy a gusto! Muy agradecida. Las instalaciones son lindas y muy bien mantenidas. La limpieza excelente. La comida se suele repetir pero es variada. Los tragos ricos. Volveremos!

自助餐非常差，早餐非常差，挺後悔定這個全包的價格，很小的酒店，但是到海非常近，海景房很漂亮，游泳池不錯，11點就退房，不好。不會再來了。
