This hotel is a dump. Rooms are very old and in need of refurbishment. The bathrooms are the worst part. Silicone with mould , broken tiles and a shower curtain that's never been cleaned . I'm not being fussy but I can honestly say this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in

This was terrible I can’t believe it’s a 3 star should be a 1 for hygiene the room was filthy the wardrobe couldn’t hang clothes up so many cobwebs and dirt they change the bedding had more stains on it the only thing that was good was breakfast I’m not fussy at all but it’s nothing like the photos or reviews

Cozy and clean rooms. Very prompt and supportive staff. Lovely environment for family stay. Location and surrounding of the resort is very good. Breakfast was very good. Easily accessible for all visiting places from the resort location. 9.5/10 👍

Ambience of the resort was great. Loved the breakfast they served. Dinner was also fine but dishes were expensive. Rooms were neat and were cleaned everyday. So big thumbs up. P.S: Just one thing I would just suggest there should be helpline numbers of nearest hospitals or healthcare as in case of any health issue it would be of great help for the tourists instead of searching in Google themselves.

We had an amazing experience staying at Hotel Casablanca near Candolim, Goa. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk to the beach and close to local markets, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The property itself is beautiful, with a serene ambiance, and the swimming pool was perfect for relaxing. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. We appreciated both the in-room dining service and the meals at the hotel’s restaurant, which were delicious and timely served. The staff was extremely courteous and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Their friendliness and warm welcome made us feel right at home. Whether you're a couple, family, or traveling in a group, this hotel is a great option for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Excellent place to stay with a beautiful & well maintained property and rooms. The food is delicious and the staff is really helpful and warm in their approach. Highly recommended to visit here while in goa. Facilities offered are excellent for the price charged.

Property is well managed, breakfast can be improved as there are limited option available, staff and Mr.Benny is very polite and helpful, best part is property is near to candolim beach, you can go early morning or evening to spend leisure time at the beach, market is also nearby.

The staff are extremely friendly and it was great to hear about all their experiences. They all belong to different parts of India and the collective experience and insights is truly inspiring. Thank you Casablanca for providing a wonderful stay for us and also providing the wonderful staff. The location is super awesome away from crowd. Beach is 2 minutes away by walk. Food is top notch. Overall it felt like a 5 star property. Special thanks to Mr. Benny for overlooking everything including property and staff well being.

We had a great stay here.. and the breakfast is very yummmmmyyyyy.. roooms were neat and cleaan and were daily cleaned.. it is just 200 mts from a path to Candolim beach and its very quiet and peaceful there... many of the tourist places are within a 2-14km distance from this place.. you get contacts for taxi hiring and bike rentals as well and its fast and prompt.. since we had a early morning check out, they even made us very tasty veg. Sandwiches🥰🥰😍😍
